The owner and/or manager was very responsive when I called, and even called me the day of visit to let me know my crew was running approximately 30 minutes behind schedule (which I thought was a nice touch to keep me updated). Paul and Dominic showed up within the agreed 30 minute window and got right to work. Their attention to detail with locating all the pet stains and reviewing their proposed course of action prior to beginning work was noteworthy. So I knew the price before they started in on the deep clean. The entire process took slightly less than two hours. When they left, my carpet was the cleanest it has been since I moved into the house, smelled wonderful, and was mostly dry (should be completely dry in a few more hours). They also mentioned that a white residue may appear after the carpet is dry due to the nature of the pet treatment used, and to call them to send someone out to clean it up free of charge. DanCare could not have hired a more professional crew than Paul and Dominic. I will DEFINITELY use DanCare again for any floor cleaning needs. They might be slightly more expensive on paper that competitors, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for, with costs known up front, and this was for sure worth every penny.

Marco and Nico arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.They did a great job cleaning our carpet, air ducts and dryer vent. They represented DanCare in the best way possible. Will definitely use this company again!

I had a heavily soiled unsealed Saltillo Tile floor. I thought the floor would need to be removed and replaced. The DanCare workers were enthusiastic and positive with state of the art equipment. They solved a very big problem for me in a short period of time.

I used Angieslist to locate someone to clean the white cushions on a sofa I bought at an estate sale. Very happy with the experience and will use DanCare for carpet cleaning soon. Art at Dancare went over the stains with me beforehand and I knew they wouldnt all come out but he changed the cushions from unusable to pretty good on time and with wonderful courtesy and follow-up.

I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I was looking to have the carpeted areas of my home steam cleaned as soon as possible. I made an appointment and they were able to come out very soon after my call. The person who I made the appointment with was very helpful and polite. The two people that came to clean the carpets were extremely professional and also very nice. They cleaned the carpet thoroughly and efficiently. I plan to use this company for any of our future carpet cleaning needs.

Two young men arrived on time. I directed them to those which had stains from a prior roof leak on one arm. It also had some old stains from a bloody nose. They spent quite a bit of time on it, and got most everything beautifully clean, and returned the sofa to its original off white color. I was amazed. ! At the end of the cleaning session, I pointed out a carpet stain from the roof leak, and they took care of that also. I would use this company again, and highly recommend them to anyone else.

It went very well. They came in and reviewed the problem, then proposed how they planned to proceed (with my approval), and then proceeded to do exactly what they proposed. The stains were removed. Excellent service.

When I called for an estimate Daniel promptly gave me a price and I scheduled an appointment at that time. He gave me a 30 minute window when they would arrive. The company called the day before with a reminder which is always nice. The technicians (Keoni and O'Dell) called to let me know they were on their way and were very prompt and professional. They walked the house to see what rooms were to be cleaned and then immediately began working. I did have a pet problem on the couch and surrounding carpet. Keoni gave these areas very special attention. I really appreciate the service these young men provided. I have dealt with other companies and they either try to up-sell or end up charging more than quoted on the phone. I will definitely use DanCare again.

After 25 years, I made the decision to sell my home. 4 bedrooms, 2000 square feet, were just too much for me to handle after all of my children had flown the nest. After weeks of preparation and packing, I was down to the final stretch. The photographer was coming the very next day, and I was painting a few last minute touch-ups in the hallway. Earlier in the day I had gone to a local paint store and picked up a quart size can of the color I needed. Unbeknownst to me, the young man who assisted me had failed to fully seal the lid on the paint can. You can guess what happened next. Yup. I picked up the can, and there went the paint over my freshly cleaned hallway carpet and on into the office. A dusky beige/pink splayed out over a tan carpet at 7PM. I ran for the paper towels and glopped up as much as I could, but there was disaster staring me in the face. There was no way I could ever find a match for the two carpets, to replace the damaged areas, so I called DanCare's emergency number. Just a few days before, their wonderful crew had done a fantastic job. The carpet looked new when they left. Now, it looked like pepto bismal had oozed up out of the foundation. In a panic, I explained to the owner of the company, Daniel Rodriguez,, what a mess I had managed to make. To the rescue they came. Within 20 minutes they were ringing my doorbell, evaluating the problem, bringing in their equipment, and saved the day by working super hard to remove the very thick, expensive paint. We were all a little worried. It would have been impossible to save the carpet if he hadn't arrived when he did. It looked better than ever when they had finished though. It was amazing. I apologized profusely for calling them out after an already long day of hard work, but the technician just reassured me, and said "Ma'am, we're here to help. This is our job" in the kindest way. The real estate agent arrived with the photographer the next day, and lo and behold, the house sold within hours of it being listed. I move on to a new life, the new owners have a like-new carpet, and DanCare keeps on doing what they do best. Flying in and saving the day. SUPER carpet cleaners!!

Our team of Paul and Nico were awesome! They were efficient, polite, professional and good at their job. We had several very soiled pieces of furniture that came clean beautifully. Paul and Nico were careful to protect our wood floors and cleaned up the excess moisture quickly. They answered all my questions and concerns. We were very pleased with the results.

Dancare answered my initial phone call promptly, set up an appointment, were accurate in what services I requested. On the day of service, they were running a few minutes late, but called me to let me know. They showed up, set up their equipment and went to work. Bottom line - they got my carpets cleaner than what I've experienced from any other provider previously. Our carpet is pretty old, and other providers have used this as an excuse to not get it completely clean. The Dancare guys just worked harder and when they were done, our significant traffic pattern areas were clean! Great job! Sofa and love seat look like new. I will definitely go back.

The two men were very nice. Worked fast and protected corners of walls and door from damage by the hose. They worked well together and were her before scheduled time. The carpet had been ignored for some time but they worked hard to get it clean but the old grease spots just didn't come out. It wasn't because of a lack of trying. They worked really h****** it. The rest of the carpet look real good. Thanks for trying so hard to get the carpet clean.

We have been using Dancare since 2006. They are by far the best carpet cleaners! They are professional, timely, and precise. I have referred even my pickiest friends to them for carpet cleaning. We get our carpets cleaned every 6 months due to three large dogs and three kids. I wouldn't use anyone else!

They came on time and did a great job.

We had a leak in our plumbing which was under a concrete slab. It first required the services of a leak detector specialist and then the repair of the leak by plumbers by opening up the slab. This required rolling back the carpet. When I called, Dan-Care came out on very short notice early in the morning first so that the leak detector man could do his work. Then came out again on very short notice when it was discovered that the carpet would have to be rolled back in another room. Our house is listed for sale and it was important that this all be done quickly. When the plumbing had been replaced, Dan came out to relay the carpet in both rooms and did an absolutely superb job of stretching and cleaning it - so much so that the people looking at the house thought the carpet was new. I cannot praise Dan enough and give him my whole-hearted thanks
