Dan treated me in a courteous and professional way when I called to get an estimate over the phone. The work was scheduled and performed within the week. Dan and Juan showed up very promptly and completed the job in the timeframe he has estimated (3.5 hours). Dan re-did a portion of the couch at our request which had been more heavily soiled. He also did a couple areas of carpet that were not part of the original work order, at no extra cost. He did not charge me for a downstairs 1/2 bath. Additionally, he honored a coupon that was on Angie's List, despite some confusion over when the expiration date actually was. What I particularly liked is that, unlike other carpet cleaners whom we have used in the past, he did NOT try to sell us additional services (protectorant, deodorizers, etc.). In fact, I was the one who requested fabric protector be applied to the sofas. The day after the work was performed we received a follow up call from Dave to confirm our satisfaction with the job and to let us know that they appreciated our business. This company is top notch! I would use them again in a heart beat.

They arrived exactly on time, I told them what needed cleaning(basically my whole house), showed them some spots, then they took over. I had not had carpets cleaned for a year and a half, they really needed it. My carpets not only feel cleaner, I think what I am most impressed with is the thoroughness of the cleaning. Everything was pristine, with protectors under all the furniture where they had cleaned. And yes, I did get the booties, Dan the chief cleaner even offered me more. I have opted for every 6 months' cleaning, which I have always tried to do before anyway.

They are awesome. I have a carpet cleaner and kept thinking I would have time to clean my own carpets before my company arrived from California. I should explain I am a bookkeeper and tax preparer and this was the height of my work season. On the day before my company was to arrive I realized there was just no way I was going to be able to clean my own carpets. I called DanCare (I got their name from Angie's List). They were wonderful. They "worked" me into their busy schedule that same day I called. Their employee's were courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They did an outstanding job. I was glad I didn't have time to clean the carpets myself. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I LOVE the booties they leave me! They take such great pride in their work. Arrive on time, move the furniture, place it back ..WITH plastic under the feet so it doesn't leave huge holes in your damp carpet and poof! They're done! 2nd time I've used them and will schedule with David for 6 months from now. Great to know my carpet will last longer! Great job!

Dan and Chris showed up as scheduled and took great care to reinstall the carpet that had been torn up by the plumbers who did a dirty repair job on a drain. The work included repair to the carpet in six doorways, chipping up some rough spots in the concrete before relaying the pad and carpet, removing old carpet tape and applying new, and overall making sure the carpet was properly reinstalled. Then they cleaned the carpet in the hallways and two bedrooms, moving furniture (which was on sliders) as needed. This was a big job and they were here all morning. The carpet looks like new again. They had the equipment and went out of their way to protect the walls and woodwork. Excellent job. Highly recommended. I will use them again.

I had a serious pet odor problem--my pet left several 'spots' on my carpet over a week which I could not clean up. My house reeked like dog pee. Dan and his employee showed up and went over the whole house, going over what could/couldn't be done to fix various stains and spots. They did the work over the time predicted and the end cost was in line with estimates. They informed me that the 'spots' would take additional efforts to remove and it may take a little longer for the carpet to dry out in these areas (the additional treatments also increased the cost of the cleaning). They also offered to come back and re-treat these areas at no additional cost if the first treatment didn't take. That wasn't needed--after a couple days to dry, the stains and odor were gone. Prompt, polite, quality work. I'm very pleased with their services and will use them for future cleanings.

I have used them 2 or 3 times. Their price was reasonable and the job was well done both times. I would consider using them in the future.

Wonderful service. Actual price was actually less than what was quoted to me on the phone. The 2 worker (I suspect one was Dan himself) were both very professional. They arrived exactly on time and got right to work. My carpets were VERY dirty with many problem spots. I was told what to expect and was very very happy with the outcome - looked much better than promised. I would recommend this vendor to friends and do plan to have them back out again in the future.

the spots disappeared like magic in 2 seconds each. Great care was taken to catch every tiny flaw in a cream carpet whether or not it was the recent problem. Operators were making sure no problem remained and repeated any area I requested extra attention to and sent a follow up letter offering to return if needed.

I called Dancare...they were out that week and on time. They cleaned the rugs, and left within about an hour. The stains are gone! It took a while for the carpet to dry, but, they left us little booties to wear in the meantime.:)

Didn't think they would get some of the spots out, but they did. Carpet looks better than it has in years.

They were very good. You couldn't tell what was old and what was new.

MY CARPET IS SO CLEAN. THEY GOT ALL THE STAINS OUT OF MY CARPET. MY CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW IT'S HAS MORE COLOR IT JUST STANDS OUT MORE, NOW THAT IT'S CLEAN.
