They did a phenomenal job. I had 15-year-old tile that they made look fantastically new. It was shocking how well they did it. They were very good. They have worked for me a couple of times in the past.

They were on time, did a good job, were clean, were neat, were helpful, and went the extra mile. We were very very pleased with them.

The first time they came the spots came back almost immediately. They had to come back a second time. When they cleaned it again it was much better. It improved considerably. I would not say they did a stellar job. They did an adequate job, especially the second time. I wasn't thrilled. I will probably look for someone else the next time.

This was a great experience! The gentlemen who came were so thorough that they made my 13-year-old off white berber carpet look nearly off-white again(smile). Because it had not been well maintained, and because of a previous bad experience with another company, I was not optimistic. But they got out all stains, and improved the heavy traffic areas by 95%. They deserve gold stars and more. He gave me accurate information, e.g., in three cleanings over a period of time, they will remove all the dirt it is possible to remove. I will have them return in 6 or 9 months to repeat their miracle.

DanCare came out and looked at our carpets, which were in pretty bad shape. He offered to do a test run to see if he could get them clean. He came the following Friday and cleaned/tested the hallway. We discussed waiting a few days to make sure the stains did not come back. I called him after 4 days to return and do the rest of the carpet. He did a wonderful job and I can't believe he got our carpets as clean as he did. Super, Super clean and would highly recommend him.

A friend spilled red wine on our pale beige carpeting during a pot-luck dinner. The insurance company sent a well-known, franchise company to clean it. After they left, the carpeting (which runs throughout our townhouse, except for kitchen and bathrooms) looked dingier and dirtier.We needed someone to rescue our 5-rooms of wall-to-wall berber carpeting. I wanted to use a local business, and chose this firm from Angie's List because of the A rating. Dan himself answered the phone, made the appointment, and showed up with a younger assistant, as scheduled. Result: friends remarked, a week later, that they thought I had bought new carpeting! Dan was both personable and professional, and the whole experience was so easy, stress-free, well-done - and economical - that we thought we were dreaming. When we decide to clean our tiled floors, we will definitely call Dan again.

I received a call before the scheduled cleaning time letting me know the current job was taking a little longer than expected and given an ETA for my house. I appreciated the head- ups. Chris G. and Robert were the cleaners. They conducted themselves in a professional manner, walking through the house noting carefully what I wanted cleaned and why, then went right to work; no wasted time talking on the cell phone or excessive chit-chat. When they finished Chris made sure the spare bedroom was cleaned to my satisfaction. He told me to call if I still smelled offensive odors. My husband thought the carpet looked like new. I know now the used recliner we acquired is clean; it looks brighter. I will be calling them again and referring others.

They were prompt, professional, careful and spent a lot of time working on the cat fur covered upholstery. Everything looks almost like new. They were especially careful to avoid doing any damage with the hoses and put protective coverings on their shoes.

DanCare was very responsive to our carpet cleaning needs. His cost estimate was accurate, and I feel very fair for the quality job his team did. Marcos and Robert, the cleaning team, were very courteous and professional. They took great care in protecting wall corners by covering them during cleaning. The cleaning was excellent, like having new carpeting again. We will definitely use their service again.

We have very light cream colored carpet throughout - with 2 dogs and 2 cats - carpet badly needed cleaning - they did the den, hallway and office - looks like brand new carpet - got rid of stains I had no hope for - got rid of animal accidents and odors - We will definitely be calling them on a regular basis for cleaning. I called DanCare and described what I needed to have done. The gentleman was very friendly and polite and asked the dimensions of the carpets/rooms that we have and then gave me an estimate over the phone. He was able to book me that week. The team, Art and Rob, arrived (a little late) and promptly got to work. They were efficient and professional and did a wonderful job. They put fans on each room as they completed the carpet in that area, so that the drying time was cut down. All of the carpets were dry within 5-6 hrs. (they came on a relatively humid day). They were very careful with the furniture and left protectors under each table and chair leg in every room. After the carpet dried, I noticed that the carpet at the entrance to one bedroom had lifted a bit (the glue/nails had come loose). I called DanCare and described the problem and they promptly scheduled an appointment to come out and fix it. Art arrived right on time and it only took a few minutes to repair the spot. He did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend using DanCare Carpet Cleaning. They also gave a discount for being an Angie's list subscriber, which was a blessing!

Cleanest my carpets have ever been! Moved all furniture in living room to clean carpet and PUT IT BACK! Made my furniture look good enough to keep another couple of years, hate to admit how soiled it was, but not now. Even cleaned an area rug for me at no charge. Friendly, knowledgable and hard working.

Every thing went well, once we got on the same track. Somewhere in bowels of their computer our name was lost and they did not arrive as scheduled. When they received my message that there was a boo-boo somewhere, wheels started turning, apologies were forthcoming faster than Supermans proverbial speeding bullet, and we were immediately called upon. I could put this down as less than punctual; however, having had experience with businesses and computers and the response to the consumers.. the way they handled this put them way out front in customer service.

We were planning to have our carpet cleaned too but it was very seriously stained by stain remover I used after a bad dog situation and they were very helpful about that.

Two courteous and professional cleaners cleaned two badly stained carpets quickly and efficiently. They were mindful of protecting the floors and the walls and made sure that everything was just as they found it. I was impressed that they were able to get the carpets so clean - they were a mess to start with. I found any interaction with the DanCare team was professional and customer focused. I was impressed and will use them again!

Before moving into our new home in the East Mountains, I wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned. DanCare offered a fair price and a nice discount on the travel charge to "come out to the countryside." Dan and his son arrived on time and gave me a full detail of what they would be doing: vacuum (including baseboard areas), pre-treat stains, enzyme spray, steam clean and rake to finish. They did an awsome job and the carpets look better than new! They even left me a pair of shoe booties so I wouldn't mess up my newly cleaned carpets before they dried!
