+ -1 moreDanCare is the best! We've used them for many years and they've always been professional, prompt, polite and excellent carpet cleaners. Although they're a bit expensive, as the adage goes, "You get what you pay for". If a stain comes back, they will not hesitate to come back out and remove it. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, a Master bathroom, 3 walk-in closets, 15 winding stairs, and 2 8' x 10' floor rugs.

+ -1 moreGreat experience with DanCare - they gave the lowest estimate out of 3 other carpet cleaners I had called. Our condo is on the 3rd floor of a high rise and this was the only company who did not charge an additional fee for being on the 3rd floor. They were on time, efficient and did a fantastic job. The carpet is 11 years old and they made it look amazing. Would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreThis team came on time and was fully prepared. They were careful to understand exactly what we wanted and even reduced the price when we told them not to move furniture. They cleaned the carpets with a maximum of efficiency in a minimum of time which is exactly what we wanted. They checked for areas where there might be stains and gave special attention to them. They also gave us information about our particular type of carpet and discussed good pet stain removal products without endorsing a particular product. They were very friendly and helpful.

They are hanging on to it for me. The service was excellent. They are very knowledgeable. They did an extra head treatment on it, so it ended up being more than a normal carpet. They did an awesome job.

+ -1 moreExcellent results and I plan to use the company again for regular carpet cleaning. (Re: the scheduling issue. The scheduler thought the cleaners might arrive early and instead they arrived at the end of their half hour window. So a miscommunication.) Thorough and professional from the plastic booties to moving the furniture back into place. Done in about 90 minutes.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets in the heavily used areas - maybe 1000-1500 sq feet. Good business sense and ethics. I especially like the membership program that offers scheduling reminders and future discounts.

Compared to some people I got estimates from, they were pretty close to what it actually was. They showed up when they said and he didn't over charge. They did a nice job. I expected the price to be more because there were stairs too. It always seems to be a higher charge for stairs but it was well within what I thought it might be. They gave me a quote real quickly and arranged it as quickly as I wanted it done.

Description of Work: Called to schedule carpet and area rug cleanering according for 07/08/2011, and "Dave" who answered the phone was very accommodating, polite and professional. The scheduled time "came and went" by 1/2 hour with no contact from DanCare, so I called and, again, Dave was very courteous and apologized for the inconvenience, and stated that he would call back after communicating with the technician who was scheduled to come out. The response was that the technician was still on a previous assignment but that Dan, himself, was just completing a job and would be coming by immediately. Within a short period of time, Dan and an associate arrived, went over what and where I wanted cleaned. Before any work began, Dan showed me an itemized work proposal sheet with prices for each task. Upon my review and approval, both Dan and his associate went about in an organized manner, beginning with the vacuuming of the carpet and rugs. Dan took the time to explain what they would first be doing, the reason, and cautioned me repeatedly that certain areas on the carpet/area rugs may be wet and result in some slippery-ness when walking from the carpeted area to the tiled floor. They brought in fans to help dissipate the smell of the commercial cleaner and with drying process. Once the cleaning was completed, they raked the carpet and rug to give the nap a renewed surface. They paid special attention to the stubborn stains, and Dan suggested that I call him back if the stains appear again for repeated, more focused cleaning. As a member of Angie's List and with an online coupon for his services, Dan provided a much-welcomed $40 discount along with an additional 10% discount for the delayed scheduled time. Both Dan and his associated were very courteous, professional and showed concern for my requests. I would definitely use them again and refer DanCare Carpet Cleaning to others. Dan also provided me with additional information regarding periodic follow-up cleaning and his no-cost "VIP Membership" enrollment form for routine follow-up services and specials.

+ -1 moreI called Dan Care on the 8th or 9th of June to set up an appointment to have our carpets cleaned. They gave me an appointment for the next Monday, June 13. After having a little trouble finding our home, the guys came in and did a quick and efficient job. They moved furniture and finished the job in about an hour and a half. The charge for 3 rooms was $156 which included a surcharge for coming out to the East Mountains. We felt that the price was very fair and the work was quick and thorough. We will definitely be using Dan Care again.

Description of Work: Brought in a Kalim rug with a smell. They cleaned it twice and deoderized it, but the smell remained. Likely it's in the rug for good. They did their best though. No complaints here.

We were moving into a house in which the previous owners had 4 cats and needed to remove as much of the cat dander and hair from the house because our son is allergic to cats. To start, I called Dancare and spoke to David, who was very informative and helpful, to inquire about the process, the cost, and the products used. He was able to provide a pretty accurate estimate of the cost just over the phone. Additionally, I was interested in "green" products for carpet cleaning/allergy relief so he sent product information sheets by email. Next, I requested an in-house estimate, so Dan and his son came out to our house. They were both very friendly and professional. That same day I made an appointment for carpet cleaning and they offered me next day service- very impressive! We had 3 rooms, a stairway, and some upholstery cleaned- all of which took about 3.5 hours. They were very thorough and the allergy relief treatment seems to have worked. Thank You Dancare for such excellent service!

They ended up getting there early, which was great. They were friendly, thorough, and professional. I have a small place, so clearing out stuff before cleaning took a lot of time. They were extremely helpful and considerate. It had been 5 years since the last cleaning, and I have a dog and cat. They did an excellent job pre-treating the carpet, and took care to put foam blocks and plastic under the furniture so it would dry properly. The carpet looks absolutely fastastic- like new. Kudos to the Dan's Carpet Cleaning crew. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had 2 rooms with wall-to-wall carpet cleaned. Approximately 400 sq. feet. It was very soiled light-colored carpet. They vacuumed and pre-treated stains prior to cleaning the carpet.
