Dan's service was just great - he was actually early for the appointement and in bringing back my rugs. We have some expensive rugs and they were done beautifully. Overall, I would use him again and recommend him.

DanCare did an excellent job! We were very pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of this company. We had a house break-in last December. It required door replacement and police fingerprint dusting. Both of these created dirty spots in our carpeting besides our normal dirt from individual traffic throughout the house. The fingerprinting dust got embedded into my carpeting and I wasn't sure it would ever come out. DanCare came in and thoroughly cleaned the carpets. I was pleasantly surprised at the results. And they were so polite and concerned that they pleased me the home owner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

We have big dogs, that should say a lot. David and Daniel did a miraculous job it getting new stains and old stains out. They both went the extra mile. They were very thorough and fast. I will definitely use them again.

I called to see if they could come earlier than their scheduled appointment which was nice. There were two guys and they were very thorough. There was one tough stain that they completely got out. They were great. Both my in-laws and I used them. We were very happy with them.

Terrific! The company was knowledgeable and professional on the phone. They showed up exactly on time. They were careful not to get our floors dirty. They kept their quote price, but offered extras at a reasonable price, which we took (ScotchGuard). They stacked the cushions in such a way that they would dry and stay clean. They got the sofas clean, and there were no water marks. We're very happy with the work.

They came in, gave me an estimate, identified problem areas, they were very professional, made sure all the furniture was protected, covered all the problem areas, treated all the problem areas, told me exactly what I needed to do, and I had no problem after that. They were good guys, I would recommend them.

Great work as always! Daniel and Alex arrived early on a chilly, wet morning; I suggested re-scheduling because of weather, but they said it was not that bad. I had the worse carpet area done; lots of stains from food and traffic. I wanted the carpet looking good for Christmas guests. The guys started right in with the job, and in a short time were finished. They moved the furniture to clean, and replaced again with protective foam pieces on the carpet. Wow what a difference-bless them! Since it is one piece of carpet, its size qualified for $100.00 charge. I purchased a bottle of carpet spotter for $20.

They arrived on time and got right to work cleaning my carpets, explaining what they were doing as they were working. They took utmost care in not making a mess of my carpet by wearing booties after the cleaning was complete. They informed me that my carpet was in OK shape and showed me areas where it could be repaired and/or replaced later.

Dan Care arrived in time, which they have done every time I have called them. They greeted me and introduced themselves. They always send 2 workers. We review exactly what services they will be doing and walk through the house. They offer other options but are never "pushy". They begin by thorougly vacuuming all the carpet and placing corner protecters on the walls so they do not damage the paint with any of their equipment. I removed all small objects from surfaces and remove smaller furniture items to the kitchen. They move and clean under all furniture, including the sofa. Their equipment is truck mounted so only the fans and the vacuum come intirely into the house. They carefully plan their cleaning route to avoid walking on already cleaned surfaces. They set the fans up as they go to speed carpet drying time. They finnish by checking for any overly damp areas and rake the carpet pile. WE do a final walk through to assure my satisfaction. The price is always as stated unless I have decided on additional services. They are verey efficient the carpet is gorgeous and just barely damp. Completely dry in 2 hours. I love these folks. They are always glad to hear from me when I call and never fail to thank me for being a loyal customer.

Team members vacuumed, pretreated and shampooed 3 rooms a large hallway and double stairway. The team lead by Marcos were professional, courteous and exceeded expectations, which according to my husband is difficult to do, They confirmed the appointment the day before and the day of the service.

Dan and Alex were able to come to the appointment earlier than planned, which was fine with us. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. This is an older house and the carpet is far from new, but they did a beautiful job and the end result was a soft, fluffy carpet that looks much less worn. We are extremely pleased and will definitely use DanCare again.

I called the week prior and David scheduled the guys to come out on Wednesday. I had to call back to change the arrival time by an hour, which seemed to be no problem. This is the 4th time I have had these guys do my carpets, so they know the drill. They arrived right on time and were quick to get started. I showed them the areas where I had very bad stains, so they could do extra "spotting" before the cleaning. They do a great job and are respectful of our furniture and belongings. They do the Great Room carpet, the stairwell and landing. The cost may be a little higher than others, but they do such a great job, it's worth it. They leave the carpets virtually dry by the time they leave.

They did an excellent job. It was cleaner than I expected it to be when they were finished. The house is old and the carpet was not in good shape but when they were finished it looks really good, it looks new. They were efficient and trustworthy. I left them in the house unsupervised. They were fine. They really did take time to get stains out of it instead of just saying that it can’t be removed and doing a superficial job. They really obviously took some time in making it look better. They were conscientious. They came quickly. They explained what they were going to do and explained about their machinery. I think I spent maybe around $130 or $140 for the entire house. It wasn’t expensive at all and I was surprised it wasn’t expensive. Every aspect of them was fine and I was impressed. They do a really good job. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They were very prompt and professional, and they were willing to answer any of my questions. They did a really outstanding job.

They actually showed up early, they were very thorough in examining the condition of the carpet. I wasnt expecting it but they stretched my carpet for me, it was really bad upstairs and now it looks great. They went a little overboard that also did the carpet in the walk-in closet even though I didnt ask them to do it. Some stains they couldnt get out (like the paint I spilled painting the master bedroom) but that's fine overall they did a great job. Since it was the only rooms left in the house that wasn't cleaned they also did my connecting dining/living room (Included in the price)... When they were finished my carpet looked brand new and my husbands white socks are no longer black at the end of the day! I would gladly recommend them and use them again myself. Overall they were done in 3 hours and my carpet was dry by the end of the evening...

Arrived on time, moved furniture and did all the steam cleaning, put plastic under some of the furniture, applied Scotchguard to one room as we requested. Spent about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Took all of their equipment and left.

DanCare has now done multiple cleanings for me. There is nobody else I would call. They are prompt, thorough, friendly and reasonably priced. Two thumbs up!

This is an amended report. Previously, I reported that, while DanCare had provided excellent service in cleaning my carpets, there was a gouge in my stairway wall from a piece of equipment. I reported that I left a voicemail message at the DanCare phone number regarding this, but no one returned my call. Having waited several days, I reported this via Angie's List. To my pleasant surprise, I received a call from David at DanCare. They sent a wallboard repair person, who repaired the damage. I simply had to repaint the area. I had rated DanCare and A in all categories except for professionalism. I have now upped this rating to an A. Since I cannot figure out how to edit my former entry, I am posting a new one. In summary, DanCare does excellent...not just good, but excellent...work. I will always use them in the future. I highly recommend that you do, as well!
