It went great. They were punctual,professional and did a good job.

They were on time, friendly, thoughtful in putting mats down to keep other floors clean, had old stain I couldn't remove and they did, and large fans used to help dry rooms. Would definitely use again.

Dan scheduled it on the day I requested. I was delighted they offer the stretching service. Dan & two gentlemen arrived on schedule. After determining exactly what I wanted and making recommendations, they got right to work. They were professional and considerate. The carpet looks amazing as well as smooth. Extra treat is the carpet feels silky on my bare feet!

A litter of foster kittens made every possible spill & soil on a wool carpet that no amount of spot cleaning could remove the stains or odor. Now it is like new, a favorite area rug, very grateful to save it.

Pretty well, but they skipped the pre-vacuuming of the carpet. (They thought I didn't notice) and went to the deep cleaning. And they took about 10 minutes to treat the carpet, which I thought inadequate at the time to do a thorough job.

Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuine. From scheduling to completion it was a great experience. They even got the carpet cleaner than any other service provider I've ever used. The technicians treated my home with care. They protected the walls with guards so that the equipment didn't damage paint or other finishes. They even worked with me to get the best price possible.

I’ve used them for 12 years. For 12 years, they’ve kept my carpets clean. I only replaced them once and I’m always satisfied and I will always call them back. It normally takes them 90 minutes to complete the job. The workers are great. It’s a family business.

They spotted all the carpets and then cleaned them. They move the furniture we requested to be moved and moved it back after cleaning. They used a couple of blowers to help the carpets to dry and they decreased the drying time greatly. They did a great job and we were well satisfied.

The two workmen arrived earlier than scheduled (after phoning and requesting to do so.) They walked the various areas and promptly began their work. Both Paul and Daniel were courteous and professional. When the work was completed, both myself and my spouse were elated at how clean are carpets came out. They looked almost new. We have used other commercial carpet cleaning companies that have never been able to achieve this level of spotlessness and finish. They are truly the best.

Alex and Dominic showed up when they said and did a very professional and thorough job. The carpet almost looks new. The heavy traffic areas look great. The carpets were pretty much dry within 3-4 hours after they left. Doesn't get much better. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. They're the best.

Our experience with DanCare was excellent from start to end. David was very professional, helpful, and pleasant during conversations to set up and confirm services. Marcus and James were prompt, professional, efficient, and went above and beyond in performing services. We asked for the moon and they gave us the solar system. Our only complaint is that DanCare does't also do appliance repair, handyman services, landscaping, etc because we would hire them for all our home needs. We recommend this company and Marcus and James without reservation and look forward to using them again in the future.

Dan's company has cleaned our household carpets for several years now, so I called him to erase the mess my teen-aged grandson left behind. Dan and his workers came at least twice, at no extra charge., to work on the stains. Finally, Dan himself came once more, and said there was nothing to be done; carpet had to be replaced. We have found him and his company to be helpful, professional, efficient, and always easy and pleasant to work with. He really went beyond expectations on this problem, and we want to applaud him for his professionalism, integrity, and special customer service. We are "Dan Fans"! Thanks to Angie's List as well, for making it easy to find such fine help as Dan and Andy's Painting.

They did an excellent job. We just bought this house and the carpet was filthy. DanCare sent 2 very professional young men and they worked hard to get the carpet clean.
