Very quick response to my call. Friendly and accomodating to our needs. Called day of service to see if they could arrive ahead of schedule, which worked out fine for us. Dan was open to coming whenever we needed. Listened to the special carpet needs (cleaning completely under the bed, for example) and figured out a way to get it done! Moved couches and tables, vaacumed beforehand, then cleaned carpet. Also raked afterwards, and applied special tea removal cleanser to stained area. Let me know that I should have no problems with the stain, but if it lingered after a day of the special treatment to call him for a redo. I have used 4 or so other carpet care companies and this one is fabulous!! They also have a customer loyalty program!

He is wonderful. He is very personable, and the crew is very helpful and does a good job.

The technicians showed up promptly and would have arrived earlier if I had not missed their call. They were courteous, efficient, thorough and careful when they had to move furniture. I definitely will call them for my next regular cleaning.

The cleaning went well. they cleaned all of the high traffic areas. As expected there were a few red spots that couldn't be removed. My only complaint was that they didn't allow me to use the $30 off internet coupon because it required four rooms to be cleaned and we only got 2 living areas, an office, a staircase, a hallway, a landing cleaned.

Carpet had not been cleaned in 3 or 4 years, just vacuumed and spot cleaned. I also live out of there regular area, but they had anothe job in Santa Fe and were able to accommodate me.

These guys were very polite, called to come early, and did a very professional job. We just wanted our carpets cleaned for the Thanksgiving holiday coming up (mother is coming to town). We are going to eventually replace the carpet with wood flooring. After Mario and his helper did such a good job, the carpet looks brand new and I don't think we will replace it. We will just have them come and clean it when needed. I will use them again and recommend them. Even thinking of getting the adult children gift certificates for Christmas from Dancare to have their carpets cleaned. They are the best company I have ever used to clean my carpets and the price is right.

Easy to make an appointment. Arrived on time. Completed on time. Did a great job. Charged a very fair price. Excellent communication with workers. Overall wonderful customer service. I SUGGEST THAT YOU USE THEM IF YOU NEED YOUR CARPETS CLEANED !!!!!!!

They did a good job. They were able to get as much of the stains out as they could. I'm looking into getting new carpet soon and I will be going to DanCare for that.

Just wonderful!! The two professional, courteous workmen--- Raul and Marcus--- were great. They treated my home with kid gloves, and left it smelling fresh and ready to go. This cleaning left my carpets almost dry when they left. Amazing, down to the pad CLEAN. I live with two very large dogs, two elderly cats and lots of people traffic. I will always use this company in the future!

They will take care of anything. When I call them, they come out as soon as they can.

The company gave me an excellent price. They were very up front if additional treatment would be provided and the cost. The carpet looked just like new when they were done. We set up and appointment, they arrived exactly when they said they would, they moved furniture that needed to be moved, cleaned the carpets and put the furniture back with instructions about walking on it. An excellent experience and we will be using them again.

When I called DanCare, I was surprised at how quickly they could fit me in to clean my home carpets. Dan was very nice over the phone and we scheduled for the carpets to be cleaned the next week. Dan A. and Mike arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. I showed them the house and what needed to be done--ie what items to move for the cleaning--and they started immediately. They were both very professional and nice. One of the things I liked mostly was how they talked about their boss, Dan. They said how he was the type of guy that went to work right along the employees. He was willing to do the work himself. I like that kind of integrity. I thought the price was great considering that I have 22 steps. My carpet looks great and I joined their membership, which was free. The best part is that if I get any stains until then, they will come out free of charge to clean my "oops". I will have my carpets cleaned every 6 months as they suggested. It is worth it. I will use this company again.

Had air vents cleaned. This was the first time they had ever been cleaned in this 40 year old house. The house feels so much fresher now after removing the debris from the swamp cooler after many years of use. Glad I had it done and DanCare did an excellent professional job. Would recommend them to anyone needing this service. Also had my carpets cleaned in living room, family room, kitchen, bedroom and hall. This is the second time I have used DanCare's services and have been very pleased with the results. I had been looking to replace my dirty carpeting but after their wonderful cleaning, I don't need to. Thank you DanCare for your thorough services!

So THIS is what real carpet cleaners do! Knap rakes, power fans, vacuuming, furniture movement and serious a ttention do detail when actually cleaning the carpets. The carpet in all my rooms look renewed, and the carpet in this house is well over 14 years old! Outstanding in every way. Thanks DanCare, for a professional job well done, and to Angies List for pointing me in the right direction. I'll NEVER go back to the company I'd used for over a decade.

Hadn't had the carpets cleaned in about six years. They did a terrific job. They were prompt, easy to talk to, organized and really seemed to know what they were doing. The whole thing was great, even making the appointment with David on the phone was a pleasant experience.

These guys are the best! They were professional and very hard working. Brought in two large fans to make sure everything dried quickly. Great experience from start to finish. Very reasonable prices. I look forward to using them again.

David answered when I called and was very responsive and pleasant. Gave me a quote and esimated day they could clean my carpets. Checked with a couple other cleaners and made the decision to go with DanCare based on personal interaction and previous reviews on Angie's List. Staff arrived approximately 15 minutes early, which was OK by me. Gave me a final quote, including spot treatment. They got right to work. Very professional and friendly attitude. House looked great when they were done. Would definitly use them again.

I called DanCare on Monday, 8/13 and discussed what I wanted to have done. I was given an estimate of $175 over the phone. I requested an appointment for Friday, 8/17. The appointment was set for between 1 PM and 1:30 PM. On Friday two technicians, Art and Raul, arrived at 12:45 PM. They asked if it was okay to start early which was perfectly fine with me. They walked through the living room with me and described what they planned to do. After looking at the work to be done they reduced the estimate to $152+tax. Art and Raul worked for two hours to complete the job. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. I was surprised at some of the stains they were able to remove and I am very happy with the appearance of my cleaned carpet and upholstery. DanCare is very deserving of their high standing on Angie's List for carpet cleaning. I highly recommend them.

I was hesitant at first about whether this carpet cleaning company can really take out the tough spots as promised; but, Dan and his team really surprised me they did an excellent job and took their time. Very professional and I would definitely call them again, even if it is a bit more pricey then others. The job done speaks for itself!
