I was impressed by their punctuality, professionalism, and when the job was bigger than anticipated they adapted seamlessly. To pay a little more for a quality job is worth it to me.

The whole experience was very good! They were punctual, did a VERY good job, and were very pleasant and professional. I am not sure regarding the actual amount I spent, but I remember it was a really good price, and the carpets were much cleaner than previously using other cleaning companies. I will definitely use them again!

They arrived on time and went right to work. They were careful and attentive to details, going back to touch up in a few places. My 86 year old mother-in-law was present and they could not have been more courteous or considerate of her comfort. All in all, a great experience. We will definetly have them back to clean and reseal the rest our house which is all tiled.

The crew arrived on the date and time agreed on. They were very efficient and got right to work doing the job. The stairs were more soiled than the floors and took more time. They re-did those areas that were still a little soiled. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. The crew was courteous and very professional in their conduct. I was so impressed that I contacted them to clean the carpets in a widowed friend of my wife who lives alone and needs help in getting jobs like this done. This company did the job at a good price and treated my wife's friend with respect and courtesy.

The job went very smoothly. I used Angie's List coupon which helped some with the price. Very professional from the initial contact with the office to the end of the job. They were very careful and had covers that protected corners from damage from the vacuum hose etc. The two workers were on time, neatly dressed, polite and diligent in their work. The price was as quoted. I will use them again.

Arrived on time. Explained service to be performed, and went to work. My main concern was an area with significant pet urine stains. They tackled that very well. Carpet was a bit damp for 24-36 in the areas which received deep cleaning. That was to be expected. Wasn't cheap, but I was looking for a good job, not an economy job. The upselling was soft and not an issue.

They came. They cleaned. They left.

Dave scheduled the appointment. At first glance, he offered a next-day appointment. After full discussion of the list of cleaning tasks, he explained that a longer time window was necessary. He easily found the next available appointment that worked with my schedule. Dan arrived promptly at 9am and did a walk through of the job. We discussed the obvious stains (spilled orange juice, cat hairballs, etc.). We also discussed what furniture was to be moved or not moved. I brought up the type of fabric on the furniture (type "S") and he assured me that the cleaner he uses would not affect the fabric. They got started immediately with the upstairs (so they could setup fans and get it drying). Switched to the Kitchen tile, upholstery, and then back to the Family Room carpet. They were able to get out All of the Family Room stains, which was the worst room in the house. Overall, I am pleased with their work. It took them 3 hours to complete the job. The carpets were more than dry enough to walk on in 5 hours. They were also careful not to drip solution or water on adjoining Slate or Wood floors.

I called Dans Care because of Angies List. David gave me a quote over the phone, and told me about the discount via Angies List. David was very professional and affable. Alex and Keoni arrived exactly on time, walked around the house, informed me of the process, and started work. My house is 1300 sq ft., and they did a fabulous job. They moved furniture, put the furniture back on blocks and gave my mom and I covers for our shoes so we could walk around the house. They were respectul and professional young men, and they didn't complain about the cold weather at all. I would highly highly recommend them. I also plan to use their services again.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a very professional manner. The schedulers and cleaning crew were very personable and professional. The cleaning crew moved furniture where required and were careful of the woodwork and furniture. The high traffic areas required some extra work but the crew was able to complete the job in a reasonable time. The final result was excellent with an evenly clean carpet throughout the house. We were very pleased with the result and value for the cost. This was an A+ job.

Technicians were prompt and polite. Although they were unable to provide their usual guarantee due to the extent of the cat stains; overall in carpets the smell is much reduced and stains are much less obvious. Sadly the odor in the couch cushions seems to be about the same.

Two gentleman showed up to clean and stretch my carpet. They were very meticulous in moving the furniture in all the rooms and did a very good job of stretching carpet to make it look new again. I was very impressed....

The workers arrived on time and were efficient in preparing and cleaning the carpets. I did have to ask them to go over one area on the living room area rug that didn't look as clean as I had hoped. They went over it again, willingly, and it did improve the appearance. All stains were removed. They put furniture up on styrofoam blocks, or used plastic underlining to avoid any damage from the moisture in the carpets. They also wore paper "booties" on their shoes to keep the carpets clean after shampooing them. They used fans to dry the carpets more quickly. The workers were polite and accommodating. There was a bit of a discrepancy in the price due to a mistake made by whoever filled out the paper work in the office. Someone had put the wrong rug size down on the invoice, putting it as much smaller that what we have. They had filled out the paperwork based on the last time they were here, though our rugs sizes have not changed. Hence, the final cost was a bit more than the estimate I was given over the phone. We are pleased with their work and will use them again.

They were able to schedule us on the exact day and time we wanted. They gave us a 30 minute window in which they would show up. The owner called that morning to inform me the team was on the way, and they arrived well within the 30 min window. They took care not to drag leaves etc into the house and to protect our furniture from the hoses. The carpets brightened up dramatically and seem very clean - no sign of cat hair. The two man team worked quickly and efficiently. Reasonable price, professional job. I would use them again.

We moved in to a home in October 2010 that had very nice Berber carpet that needed to be re-stretched and cleaned. Dancare did both in an afternoon - first the stretching which made the carpet look new again! Then a very thorough cleaning. They were very professional - answering all our questions. We called DanCare for an estimate to clean two upholstered chairs and ottomans. The estimate given appeared reasonable, so an appointment was set up. DanCare technicians arrived at the time established and completed the work. The work was completed quickly and very professionally.

I was so happy with the whole experience. I called and ask for service the very next day and at a specific time of the day and they worked it out for me. From the receptionist to the owner to the guys who cleaned the carpets they were kind, friendly and professional. The took pride in their work, they did a great job at a fair price. I will use DanCare again and recommend them highly.

I called four companies for quotes and DanCare had a comparable price as the other three. Based on the good reviews and the friendly gentleman on the phone, I selected them. They were able to come out quickly (only a few days after scheduling). They arrived on time and were professional. They completed the job earlier than they had anticipated. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them to other people.
