These guys were punctual and professional. They vacuumed the carpets first, then pretreated the soiled areas (actually, they pretreated the entire carpet), steamed cleaned the carpet and raked it. We did move most of the furniture prior to their arrival. They were honest as well, showing us the spots that they were not able to get completely clean because those areas are high traffic areas, however, they did show us that the fibers were clean.

Two young men showed upon time, discussed the problems I wanted taken care of, very professional. Told me what they could accomplish to make me happy and what they could try but could not guarantee would work. Very happy with the company and their representatives. They accomplished more than I expected.

These guys know what they are doing. We had multiple pet stains that needed to be cleaned, which they were able to take out. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard to clean all of our carpets in a timely manner. When they were finished the carpets looked like new, I would highly recommend this company to clean anyone's carpet.

Dan the owner and his assistant are very professional. I noticed the detailed care they took in our leather couches & wood furniture in all rooms moving/replacing and protecting. Used large blowers to start any drying of which were only mildly damp when they finished. They had the shoe covers for their feet before I could ask for it. I was very specific in what I wanted in the job, Dan understood and assured me it would be taken care of. The Carpet looks as beautiful as the day it was installed several years ago. No shoes are worn in the house which is a great habit to be in for the longevity of carpet & tile :) I plan to use DANCARE to clean & seal grout tile floors in remaining part of house.

DanCare Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning did an excellent job in my house and I referred him to a friend and she was very pleased. They were a little bit more expensive than what I have done before but they were actually more thorough. The customer service and quality of work is excellent.

They were very prompt when I called. I had another appointment with another company that did not show up. The first negative thing I noticed was a strong unpleasant odor from the pretreatment chemical. I had to go out on my patio to escape the odor. The technicians were very thorough, but the carpet took a long time to dry. About a week later my husband and I started sneezing and coughing every day. When we changed the Air Conditioning filter we noticed a white powder on the filter. I call our A/C company. They inspected the filter and came to the conclusion that the powder was from the carpet cleaning. We eventually had to get new carpet in Oct. of 2012. I would never use Dan Care again!!!!!!!

Excellent service from the office to the field. Everyone involved really knew their stuff and I will definitely be using them again.

This is the second time we have used Daniel and his company. We chose him from Angie's List reviews, and our first experience was equally fine. He and his helper are are responsive, friendly and - most importantly - very competent and professional. They came, they cleaned; they left our 12-year-old carpeting looking and smelling fresh and clean. Large furniture was moved, paper or wood blocks were placed under legs, etc. I definitely recommend DanCare to all! PS We are planning to ask him to revive our tile and grout, too.

It went wonderful! Dancare arrived exactly on time, cleaned my carpets thoroughly and quickly, were very courteous and respectful of my home, and gave me a good deal on the additional kitchen rug. I was especially impressed with their "Vortex" cleaning equipment, which did an amazing job of getting all the pet stains out, and even candle wax, without seeming to distress the carpet. There were still faint markings from the candle wax, but I am thrilled that it is 90+% gone, if you did not know it was there you would never notice it. I like their service and their attitude, and plan on using them on a yearly basis from now on, whether or not they offer an Angie's List Big Deal.

I had two concerns which I discussed prior to engaging Dan Care. The first was that my pet cat had presented hair balls on several places in the rug and despite having cleaned up immediately, I wanted special care on those spots. Second, I had my carpets cleaned previously by a national company. They left the carpet too wet and in one case it took several days to dry. Since we have a very small house, we are not able to avoid the wet carpet and it became dirty immediately and in one case looked worse than before cleaning. DanCare left the rugs clean and good smelling and they dried completely in four hours. Additionally I had purchased the coupon for $155.00 and that covered the price so I was even happier.

We were very pleased with not only the professionalism of Dan and his crew, but the great job they did. The carpet looked great.

I used the coupon that was offered on line. So, I got the living room, two bed rooms, and hallway. They also, cleaned my three recliners. They were very good in telling what they were going to do and what to expect after the job was done. I will definitely use them again with or without a coupon.

We had our carpets stretched and cleaned in two different appointments due to time we had available. Dancare showed up on time both appointments and were professional and knowledgeable. Our carpets look great when they were finished. One of the biggest things I noticed was how dry the carpets were when they left. They were damp, but not soaking wet like other times with other carpet cleaners. The carpets were soft and not stiff.
