I had a couch and chair that were very dirty, I didn't expect them to come clean but thought I would give it a try before replacing them. They arrived on time and spent about 2 hours working on them. They came much cleaner than I had expected and I was very happy with the result.

They were professional, on-time and, overall, it was good experience.

They did an excellent job they were thorough and the price was reasonable.

They were really good about getting back with me. The person came out and gave a fairly priced estimate. He gave an additional percentage off for being an Angie's List member which was not advertised and it was a bonus. They came, were on time, and fixed a burn in our carpet as well. They also fixed where the carpet meets the tile. They did a really good job. I added a piece of carpet that wasn't the right carpet and they were willing to redo it by finding a piece of carpet in our closet to fix it with no hassle. They went above and beyond to do this. They were quick and also cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet repairs.

A person answered the phone not an answering machine. A date and time were setup for a couple days later and I was given an over the phone estimated cost. Raul and Chris arrived on time neatly dressed in company shirts. They were professional, polite and friendly. After viewing the carpets to be cleaned we agreed on a price. It was very near the phone price. Raul and Chris immediately began the work. I have two cats and we worked out a plan to move the cats from room to room. My carpets were cleaned beyond my expectations. There were a couple spots I thought would never come out. Both Raul and Chris worked quickly as a good team. I will definitely call DanCare for my future carpet cleaning.

Very well. This light beige carpet was very stained and we were afraid we might have to replace it upon move-out but DanCare cleaned it so well it looked almost exactly like it did when we moved in a year earlier. We also had a bad black burn from a heat lamp left on the carpet and allowed it to burn through... we did not have any remnants from the original and so they were going to cut a small piece from a closet and replace it with something from their stock. Instead, they used the piece from stock which matched perfectly. When they were done, the only problem was that the patched area sat lower than the rest, but when I asked Dan if he could redo it and make it look flush with the rest of the carpet, he did that. Once the carpet had dried, the next day, an area of stain resurfaced; but it was not major and we were not held liable for it.

It went as is always does. I have had nothing but good luck with Dan Care. I have sent a lot of friends to him.

The workers came as promised, took up the oriental rugs to take back to the shop for washing, and proceeded to clean the upholstery and wall to wall carpets in the family room, two bedrooms, and hall. They did a good job in this work. The problem came with the oriental rugs. They all came back with some minor damage to the fringe. The most seriously damaged was a Turkish Silk Hereke 8x2.5 ft, runner, which had several rifts in the pile. I brought this rug back from Jerusalem in 1999, and it was already fairly old, but in good shape. This rug was appraised at $2,000 in 2000. When I complained, I was given a 10% discount. In addition, the owner came to my house and brought the manager in charge of washing the carpets to see what he could do. He rubbed the pile with some sort of material that seemed to bring the pile up and made the rug look much better. For awhile. I have hesitated to write a review for Dancare because they tried very hard to help. Unfortunately, the fix on my silk rug did not last very long, and the rifts in the pile reemerged. I have rolled up the rug and put it away. It breaks my heart to see the damage. This is a good company, and I would recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I could not recommend them for cleaning hand-made oriental rugs. Please note: the upholstery and carpet cleaning was done at my residence; the oriental rugs were cleaned at the provider's shop.

I'm always a a bit reluctant to give a perfect review, but DanCare is deserving of a perfeact review! Upon arrival DanCare covered the entrance and all areas not being worked on. I advised them that I kept my house freshly painted and that stains, etc. would not be tolerated. Accordingly, they protected door frames and other areas that might be stained by hoses, etc. by using appropriate protective devices, and wore appropriate footwear. They moved furniture I asked them to move and they cleaned underneath thereof. Fantastic job!! Since July I have recommended them to friends. They received similar results.

Best carpet cleaning experience I've had in years.

Excellent. We used Dan Care for years. We moved to California and only wish they could come do our carpets here. They are professional. When we had a spot that wasn't removed on the first try, they happily came back and got it out the second time. Very friendly and professional!

Good work done on both properties. Nice folks...would have them clean carpets again.

The first call, a message I left wasn't returned but when I called back, they were super responsive and arranged for the cleaners to come quickly. The two workmen were prompt, courteous, and worked hard! They were here for quite a while, considering they never left the front room. The carpet cleaning wasn't any issue, the pet treatment was hard. Bless 'em, they had to stay in the room with the terrible smell of urine from my two little dogs that the cleaning raised. The team leader worked on my cream colored loveseats , trying to get out the urine staining my dogs have so generously put there. The stains were old, since the boys aren't allowed into the living/dining room area any longer. That made them more of a challenge to remove. He also worked on an area by my dining cabinet that had been another target of my little boys. That cleaned up nicely. The love seats were more problematic. They really reeked after cleaning- for over a week. I didn't ask Dan's to re-clean because I believe the problem was that the cleaning raised the stink of urine. I waited for them to dry and then sprayed them with Febreeze, which took care of the smell. The love seats looked fine. I absolutely don't blame Dan's for the smell...I blame my rotten little boys!!! Please let me reiterate: The carpets were terrific. I chose to not call them back for the love seats. The smell was intolerable after cleaning (we could smell it from the other room) but it was cleared up with Febreeze. I am certain Dan's would have tried to fix my problem but I was too concerned that it would make it worse instead of better. I was satisfied with the work Dan's did. Bottom line: It is great to have a company who can clean not only the carpets but also the furniture that needs special handling. They even will clean wool oriental carpets. Be sure to get an accurate quote before work starts if $$ is important to you . They worked diligently and really concentrated on the problem areas with very good success. They cleaned up beautifully behind themselves. My advice: Absolutely hire these folks but get an accurate quote first so you don't go into sticker shock !

They did a good job. They were very thorough. They cleaned up everything. I would use them again in the future. They knew what they were doing and were courteous.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Only "negative" was that the Angie's discount only applies going above the $100. But still good service

DanCare did a great job. They were on-time, and performed the work they indicated they would. Our carpets were in terrible condition. They did an excellent job removing spots and dirt that we thought would be impossible. We'll definitely use DanCare again.

As far as the jobs, they got a good outcome on both the ducts and carpets. Also,they were friendly and helpful--even reminded me to put the dog in back as the front door would be open for the hoses, wrote down the names and phone numbers of businesses for work i was in need or, etc. I will be using them again.

They did a phenomenal job. They were great. They were already pretty highly rated on there. They were on time, they were courteous and they did a great job. They were in and out. The price was kind of what I was expecting.

Team showed up on time, professional, showed care for my other items/rooms. Worked quickly but not carelessly. Careful to repeat cleaning over spots that weren't as clean as they wanted. Explained billing to me fully. Office staff very friendly and helpful as well every time I called. Scheduled my services within days of my initial call and at a time convenient to me. Would recommend and use again!

Very pleased how the carpets looked after cleaning. They vacuumed, pretreated then cleaned. The price was a little higher than expeced but the quality of the work was excellent .We would recommend them..

I called the office two days before I had an available day on my schedule to have my carpets cleaned--they worked me in with no problems. Two guys showed up 15 minutes early on the appointed day, but were very accommodating--waited a few minutes for us to finish getting ready. They had all the equipment they needed ready to go by they time we let them in. Very professional and courteous. Very attentive to details and worked on the "traffic patterns" in the carpets until they all looked brand new! This company came to me by the recommendation of our Realtor, and I highly endorse the recommendation. Great service!

They arrived exactly on time. They were able to clean & get all the pet stains out of our carpets. We have 3 cats and there are regular pet messes. The carpets looked almost new!

They didn't get some of the stains out that I had asked them about when they came to do the service. Then they charged me extra for deodorizer.
