DanCare Carpet Tile & Upholstery Cleaning was just fine. When I called them, we set an appointment mutually agreeable time and they showed up on time. They did the job, cleaned a carpet which is a prior vendor was unable to clean satisfactorily. They did a good job, they're fast and really pleasant to work with. They did the job well. I will absolutely use them again, no bifurcation.

They did a good job. They were able to get rid of the odor. It did take them two trips and they said if we weren’t satisfied to give them a call back. There were two people here doing the work and one gave the estimate. They claim that they are a green company. They told me to leave the furniture out of the way so it could dry by morning. The price was very competitive.

It was expensive. Even with the discount, it was close to $500. We had the pet stains. I guess that's the extra that goes on top of that. I don't know if the big walk-in closet counts as a room or not. I had a great conversation with the owner when I went to go ahead and set-up the appointment. He's actually the one who told us about the deal. We saw in the book as well that he did reiterate it because I was concerned about the price. They were friendly enough and they were good at what they were doing. With the stairs, the stains came back within a week. They were very quick and responsive. They're very professional. They were knowledgeable in what they did. They cover a lot of different things. If we needed them to do our food floors, they could do the wood floors as well as tiles.

They were great. Would hire again. They educated me on the types of rugs I had and what they needed. Efficient and polite. They explained everything a head of time, so I knew what was going to happen.

This was the 3rd or 4th time that I used them, and they are very nice and this particular time, when they came, I told them that the last time, they had left out two spots, that had come back, and they told me to call them back as soon as I saw that. That was the 3rd time, and I saw two spots in different places, and they came the next day, and fixed that, and my carpet was coming up from one place, so they fixed that and told me how it works and gave me the remedy to it, so I was very pleased. I have been very pleased each time. When I first had them come, it was from a recommendation from someone else who had found them on Angie's List.

It was outstanding. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we had steps and it wasn't included. But he explained everything. In addition to the big deal amount. we spent $132.68. I was comfortable. They told me exactly what they were going to do and they did it. It was wonderful.

The gentlemen from DanCare were extremely pleasant, professional and efficient. I would absolutely use them again!

They did a good job with the carpet cleaning. I was also very happy with the tile cleaning. I was very pleased with them.

Cleaning included vacuuming, pretreatment, steam wand with condensate extraction, and a comb out. Results were excellent. Extra rooms were added at the same unit cost as the original offer. Crew was professional and efficient.

Great service, quality and professionalism;

Dancare was able to completely remove carpet stains that I had given up on. During the last cleaning they did 4 rooms stairs a closet and a large area rug. Dancare also does a good job cleaning up at the end and thoroughly raking the carpets.

They were excellent. They were very careful, rolled up carpets, and successful in getting out stains. They had a great attitude and did excellent work. Their price was very reasonable.

Marcos and Chris arrived at the appointment time. They explained how they would do the job, after seeing the rooms to be cleaned. They very efficiently got their equipment and began to work. Marcos and Chris asked me to check their work and I was very happy with the job. This is a company I would use again.

Without a doubt, these guys were professional, let you know exactly what was going on and walked you through the process. They looked over my trouble spots and suggested remedies--not the most expensive ones either. They were prompt--called before, courteous, professional and neat. I am asking them for some quotes on future needs.

We called, left a message and someone returned the call within a couple of hours. I explained that we had purchased two chairs at an Estate sale and that they were much more soiled than I had thought when we bought them. I wasn't sure if it was worth having them cleaned or if I just needed to look at having them reupholstered. Additionally, we had purchased two smaller wooden frame chairs from an individual and decided to sell those. The cushions needed cleaning when we bought them, but I didn't want to put a lot of money into having them cleaned. The representative I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. He suggested that we schedule the appointment, they would evaluate the chairs and give me their opinion, an estimate if they felt the chairs were cleanable, and if not, no charge for the visit. The technicians called and arrived before the scheduled time which was perfect with us. After looking at the chairs and giving us a price for cleaning we agreed to have all of them cleaned. The fully upholstered chairs at $65 each, and the cushion sets (2) @ $25 each set. The upholstered chairs were white cotton and I have to say, they came cleaner than the technicians or we had anticipated. They worked for almost 3 hours and the results were amazing. We would not hesitate to call this company again, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

As a result of heavy rains, water seeped in one of the downstairs bedrooms, getting the carpet wet. I shopvac'd the carpet to get most of the water up and placed a fan to dry it ASAP. Due to water stains, the carpet needed to be cleaned. I chose DanCare because of the high ratings from Angie's List. The two guys they sent were very courteous and professional. They took care when moving the furniture around, and when they returned it, placed foam blocks underneath to prevent the damp carpet from ruining them. They pulled up the carpet that got wet from the rain, to check for signs of mold. Luckily, there was none. They sprayed for mold in that area, as a precaution, and placed fans to get the carpet dried quickly. We cleaning the carpets of the other two bedrooms downstairs also. All the stains were removed and the carpets looked great! They were very accommodating and answered all my questions. I definitely would use DanCare again!

Everything went smoothly, calmly, and all furniture was put back in it's place. The place always looks like a professional team was here . I wouldn't use anyone else for my carpet cleaning. They even offered a 20% discount for all work done in February. I always feel like I get the best service and price from this company.

This is the second time I have used DanCare. When I called and explained that I had a bedroom carpet that that had severe pet stains, I was told that they could have someone out later that afternoon. When the two man crew arrived they examined the room, then used a black light to show me the extent of the damage. They explained that there would be additional costs involved and gave me an estimate before they began the work. It took them a couple hours, and they did an outstanding job. They also explained that the carpet would take longer to dry than normal because of the extra solution they had to use. They explained everything in advance so there were no surprises. I can't say enough about the crew and the job they did. I would never use another carpet cleaner.

They were phenomenal. I had another carpet cleaner months before and they were decent, but these guys were phenomenal. The receptionist was patient and relieved my concerns. Confirmed they had a good insurance policy. They came and they were very professional. They were stains from my cat and they got all of them out. They took their time.

I had DanCare come to my rental home for an estimate to clean the carpets and tile. I was so impressed and grateful for Daniel's honesty regarding the carpets. He said that because of the extensive stains and dog urine smell the carpets would not clean well. He did say that he could get the kitchen and bathroom grout to look like new again. I had them return and clean the tile and it looks like new. Unfortunately, we will have to replace all the carpet in the house - fortunately, DanCare didn't charge me to clean carpet they knew would not come clean - then I'd have to pay to have the carpet replaced anyway. I will definitely hire them again!

These people are great. They are prompt, friendly,and professional, and work extremely hard at cleaning your carpets. They cleaned the carpets so well that they look brand new, and they are over 10 years old. At one point, one of the workers was down on his hands and knees, separating carpet fibers individually so that he could steam out a grease spot. The work at less cost than some of the national companies I've used, and do a better job. I'll be using them again, definitely.

The initial carpet cleaning was done quickly and efficiently in November. I didn't have them move a rug and clean under it but somehow it was moved over a foot so there was a 1' x 9' strip left not cleaned. I tried to clean it myself and failed, so I called them in December and asked if when someone was in the neighborhood they would stop by and do it. They immediately sent someone out and finished it up cheerfully and professionally.

Great service, very professional. I've used their carpet cleaning service twice so far and each time it's been an excellent experience. We're renting this house and unfortunately the carpets here have been extremely neglected, to say the least. Service was great from start to finish. You can rest assured that they know what needs to be done and they're very good at what they do. A couple weeks after the initial cleaning I came to the conclusion that one room could use some more attention so I called them to come out again. They were here within a day or two and did exactly what needed to be done. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Two men arrived early in their announced time slot and completed all work expeditiously and at a high level of quality. Even the very dirty high traffic areas looked almost new when they departed.

The provider was very professional, prompt and responsive. They spent about 4 hours initially cleaning the tile and grout. Once the floors/grout dried over a couple of days there were areas that needed to be re-done. They returned when asked again promptly and spent another 3 hours going over the floors again. The grout in the house was very dirty in specific areas and while overall it looks very, very good, there are still some grout lines that didn't get as clean as I would have liked. I would still use the provider again and would highly recommend them to other people.
