There was nothing I didn't like about them. They were fantastic. I called them and they were so friendly. They called the day before to even remind me of our scheduled appointment. They were even able to come out early, but made sure that I was ready for them first. They would do one room, put blowers down and then moved to another room to help with the drying time. They also put down metal hinges that went around the door jams so when they were moving equipment around it did not nick your door frame. Before they left, they've walked through with me to make sure that I was satisfied. I will now only go with them for shampooing our carpets. I wished I could give them A+'s all the way through, because they were phenomenal.

I called for an appointment after reading the positive reviews on Angie's List. I was able to schedule within a week. I received a confirmation call the evening before the service. Art arrived a little early and was very helpful and professional. He stretched a large carpet area in my family room and a smaller carpet area in one of the hallways. He found 2 stains, of which I was unaware, and these were carefully pretreated. The entire area was then cleaned. He set up fans to expedite the drying and placed blocks and plastic under the legs of my furniture. My carpet looks great, I couldn't be happier with the service.

The 2 men who came to do the work were on time, very respectful, polite, and courteous, not to mention doing the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. You bet I will hire them again! and my neighbor is going to call them soon. It is so nice to be able to trust a company to do a professional job. I am very particular. They finished all the work in a very timely manner. Everything was dry within the time frame they told me it would be.

DanCare has been the best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service, and one of the best examples of excellent customer service I have ever seen in any profession. We moved into a new home in June and scheduled a carpet cleaning (only the upstairs and two downstairs closets had carpet). The most problematic part of this cleaning was one downstairs closet, which had a difficult-to-reach carpeted cubby that the previous homeowner's cats had soaked in urine. The two techs who came (Mike and Donovan) were on time, polite and pleasant, professional, and quickly did a thorough general carpet cleaning. They focused a lot of attention on the "urine closet", including scrubbing part of the stone floor in the closet as well as enzymatically treating the urine soaked carpet. Before work on the closet commenced, they took a blacklight to analyze where the urine was located (which was over 50% of the carpeted area). I called after 24 hours to note that the urine smell was getting stronger--I received a call back in less than an hour where one of the DanCare staff kindly explained that the enzyme works over a few days, but that they were more than happy to come back if there was still a problem with odor. After one week, the enzyme definitely did a good job of reducing the odor (about 80-90% reduction in the odor), but it was still noticeable. I called back and they quickly arranged to have someone come out to our house the next day. The two techs who performed the return visit (Marcos and Chris) were likewise prompt, professional, polite and pleasant. On our request, they removed the carpet and exposed the underlying concrete, which showed some faint cat urine. They offered to seal the concrete, which we happily took them up on. And most remarkably, they did not charge us for the additional service! They said that DanCare stands by their work, and after seeing such impressive, responsive customer service I wholeheartedly believe them. DanCare will be getting my business for the forseeable future, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Appointment time was for 11a.m., That was time they came. Introduced them selves and began cleaning. About noon the job was finished,supplies removed, b ill payed and left after doing a fine job.

We have taken our rugs to them when our kids and/or dog has gotten sick on the rugs. I know it's disgusting, but the folks at DanCare are outstanding and are extremely professional. I have also used them for just basic cleaning of the rugs. Every time the rugs look amazing. I am grateful that we found them on Angie's List and will continue to use their services. They are a great example of what customer service really is!

Dan and Tyeco were on time, very professional and hard working and careful of my house and furniture and cat, etc. The team as well as the office people explained things carefully and gave me a reminder call, too. My appointment was made only several days out. I would recommend DanCare highly to anyone having carpet or tile cleaned.

We wanted an organization that had experience with Travertine and chose DanCare. They arrived promptly and did the work efficiently. However, when the job was finished we were not happy. The tile had a coating of the seal on it and showed footprints (after the sealer had dried) as well as scuff marks. Dan came back twice and redid the job each time. On the second attempt, the results were good and we were pleased. We still don't know why we had this problem, but DanCare did everything they could to fix it and succeeded. We salute their professionalism and good job.

They were very professional. Before they started, they put out corner guards so the hoses would not mark up the walls. Mike cleaned the carpets and Art checked in on him to make sure he was doing the job correctly. Art then proceeded to stretch the carpet in the living room. After the carpet stretching was complete, they finished cleaning the living room carpet. They placed fans in all the wet carpet areas to help dry out the carpet. They did a great job and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use them again to clean and stretch the carpet in my house.

Dan (the Dan of DanCare) is the best. The scheduling (with David) was easy and timely. The day of service, Dan and his assistant (Mike) called to let us know what time they would be arriving. They are punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgable, friendly. Dan did a repair job on a foot-long strip of carpet that had become torn at the seams. Looks like new now! Additionally, many carpet cleaning companies give you a "special" rate to get in the door, then they try to up-sell you with all sorts of additional "must-have" services that jack the final price way up. Dan does not make any attempt to sell you add-on services; he does what you scheduled him to do and he does that well. I have used DanCare before and would, without any question, use them again. I highly recommend them.

They did a very good job, and they were very professional. They were on time. It cost a lot because we adopted a baby and we were gone for like a month. We had someone to come everyday to fix it and I got a little Chihuahua who got out of his enclosed area on the tile and he managed to pee on the carpet for a month. It did cost a lot, but they got it all out.

Very good job...before moving into a house we just purchased, the guys came in and did a great job. The carpets also needed to be stretched and were able to schedule that for me the next day after the carpet dried. The carpets look great and they were all very friendly and efficient. Good Job.

These folks are great. They protected our newly painted walls, and were very careful to do a good gob. Daniel warned me that some of the bad pet stains may need re-treatment, and they did. DanCare cheerfully returned and re -treated the areas. Those stains are gone! I also hired the company to clean our home in Sandia Park, again, they were extremely professional. I will certainly be calling this company for my future carpet cleaning needs.

I am delighted with the concern that Daniel Ahlgren and Mike Gonzales gave to making sure I got my money's worth. I scheduled with the owner, Daniel Rodriguez, who told me that Dancare has a $100 minimum per visit and that my two air ducts would not cost half that much to clean. So I told him that I would get some carpet cleaning done. I thought that maybe "Other Dan" and Mike would just run a carpet cleaner over the rug under the swamp cooler. Wow, did I under-estimate the company! "Other Dan" took more than two hours to give the carpets a good vacuuming and then deep and thorough steam cleaning (including stain removal) while Mike cleaned the air ducts and then, just for good measure, went on the roof and got crud out of the swamp cooler before I turn it on and get a face full of leaves and dirt. Never having had the air ducts cleaned in my 13 years in the house (no telling if it ever was done before that, and it's a pretty old house), I loved it when Mike aimed his cell phone into the air duct and took a picture before he started cleaning and again after he finished. For me, dust I can see in the house is pretty important, but I really like knowing that somebody took care of the variety of stuff that gathers where I can't see it! I feel healthier! I cannot think of a time that I ever got so many exciting results for $100. I didn't opt for a full corner-cleaning of the carpeting, but I know that when I am ready for another rug cleaning, I will call on DanCare again and then we'll get to every inch. But already I am having almost no trouble with allergies and I feel great about my clean house. Dancare gives a 10% discount for senior citizens and takes credit cards, a nice convenience for their customers.

They were extremely professional, prompt, courteous and pleasant to deal with. They thanked me for the opportunity to do business with me, and for my business, which so extremely rare these days. The carpet and sofa look great. I appreciated everything about the way they scheduled the job, did the job and handled themselves. I see no reason to do business with any other carpet cleaning company hereafter. First rate.

The team was wonderful - they were very careful about the furniture! They help quite a bit with pet stains and communicated very well about my options. Will definitely use them again.

The men were really nice and helpful. They were friendly and very helpful. We were not able because of health reasons to move much of our furniture. They protected it while cleaning. They cleaned the carpet so it looked great. They did not leave it wet used fans to help clear out the area quickly. They were very efficient and cleaned very quickly. The two young men worked well together and got the job done.

They provided a discount for being an Angie's List member and I was happy with the price for all they did. Scheduling was good. The carpets look awesome! They even put syyrofoam blocks undermeath all the furniture and they put down a rake on the carpets. They put on booties so they did not make a mess as well.

David was able to do the job the day after I called. Alex and Nico came on time and explained what would be done. The were courteous, fast and through. The carpets are like new and have a wonderful clean scent. I am very happy with the job and the techs.
