CYMAR CONSTRUCTION INC

We selected Cymar because they advertised in Angie's list. New Mexico has one of the worst reputations for contractors in the nation, so the advertisement in Angie's carried some weight. Unfortunately, they never bothered to show up for the initial appointment, and didn't even bother to call to cancel or postpone. I would have gladly given them the benefit of the doubt due to traffic or whatever, but they didn't even call the next day to apologize and reschedule. When I called, he said he was "having phone problems". I dislike giving a poor review, but I'm hoping that by doing this we can help clean up the ugly reputation New Mexico has for contractors. Having said that, Cymar may indeed do extraordinary work at a great price. But the way they started out was "New Mexico business as usual" with Cymar.

Our neighbor found the company and handled everything so I really don't know all the details. I know that they came, did a good job, were reliable and on time. My experience with them was very favorable and I would call them again. They did what they said they would, which is uncommon with contractors.

I split the bill with our neighbors. There wasn't anything to dislike about them at all. They were on time and were here when they said that they would be. They worked efficiently and cleaned up their mess. They removed the old fence. They made the settings, re-bar and all that. They let it set for the appropriate time, came back and did the rest. They kept their word in terms of the price. They made a couple of changes that I requested without hassles. It was a good company and I would hire them again. They were right up and very competitive in terms of the pricing with the little bit of research that I did. It still looks good. They answered all the questions and called back. They were on time and did what they said. They were good in terms of their professional. All of their workers were very good.
