Description of Work: Eric Howard and his friend plus a family member removed pull-out drawers and also put in closet shelving. Their work was excellent. Cost was very reasonable. |The one day Mr. Howard had a difficult time. He locked himself out of his car, came to the apartment late and feeling very faint. After this day I telephoned a couple of times and he did nor return the calls. It would seem that Mr Howard had become ill and was unable to work. | |I knew that it was not like him and I simpsly got someone else to do the job. | |Jennifer Pike

Description of Work: The contractor provided labor and material to complete the following work: - Applied stain to the top and bottom of the rear deck. - Wrapped the back door frame going out to the rear deck with PVC coated aluminum - Installed sweeps and eliminated leakage around the rear door and two sidelight doors to the rear deck. - Painted front concrete porch and south side corner trim. - Installed flashing under shingles and behind siding over roof to direct rainfall runoff into the front gutter. - Removed and replaced rotted siding and trim around both front windows, including paint and caulk. - Removed and replaced wood trim above each of the garage doors, including paint and caulk..
