The job was done within budget and completed on time. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive to any questions or actions that I requested. The work was readily coordinated with a plumbing contractor that moved the location of the furnace exhaust stack. The new roof is beautiful. I attribute the success to Rome Mazza, the owner of the firm, and the fine team he has established.

Everything went as expected. No surprises. Rome and Christine are good communicators.

Cornerstone Roofing replaced the roofs on two homes owned by my family. I called Cornerstone as a result of their recommendations. Rome and Christine answered all of my questions about the work to be done. They were always exceptionally helpful to me. The roofing crew arrived at my home on time, and the foreman, who was very courteous, came to my front door to let me know that the work was starting. The crew finished the work in two days. They were hard-working, competent, careful, and kept everything clean. Victor was the technician who installed new mortar to the chimney top. He was courteous and swiftly finished his work. Carlos expertly replaced and painted damaged wood in the fascia of the front porch. When the work was completed, my property was spotless. My landscaping was in perfect condition. Since the crew was dealing with hot tar and gravel, the outcome was superior and beyond my expectations. Rome did a final inspection of the roof and that was that. It has rained since my new roof went on, and there are absolutely no leaks on the front porch which had been an on-going concern for me. Cornerstone Roofing is a first-class outfit. Every member of the team contributed greatly to the success of the final result.

They were great people! We got to talking about Chicago (where we're from) and the food there. The owner was very personable and kind, gave us tips on roof care around our swamp cooler, and kept estimate costs low. Although we intended to have services done in the fall of that year, we weren't able to have the work completed at that time, We hope to have them back for another estimate and work performed.

I know Rome and Christine Mazza and know they are both honest and considerate of their clients. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or a new roof. I have never had anyone tell me they were dissatisfied with the work Cornerstone performed

It was great. Rome always goes above and beyond in his work. We were considering some gutter work, but Rome researched the issue and found a better way to address the problem. Essentially, he talked himself out of a job, and we appreciated his honesty.

Very prompt in coming out for the estimate. They are very reasonable; unfortunately the first attemp did not work. They came out again and this time - no leaks. This is our first rain since they repaired the roof and we only had a little rain but it looks very good. We will see when we get a monsoon rain but I think they got the leak stopped. Personal opinion, but I think they tried to save me money the first time and were not as aggressive as they needed to get the leak fixed. The second time they tore into the roof and the problem and solved it.

They are consistent and do a good job. We have been using them for close to 20 years.

This is a terrific company! The owner is a hands-on, great guy who doesn't try and trick people. He tells it like it is and is very proud of his work. He (Rome Mazza) is a true professional. His crew has been with him a long time. He doesn't use illegal labor like a lot of roofing companies do. He takes good care of his employees and their quality of work reflects that. I have referred Cornerstone Roofing to many of my friends and they are as happy as I am with the service and the product.

My belief is that you can trust them. They do nice work and clean up well. You are getting what you paid for. We had called them in the middle of summer. It was very hot and they were up on the roof for days together. He has been coming once a year on a courtesy call once a year to check the roof.

They are very conscientious and keep to the schedule. Their workman cleaned up absolutely everything the site is perfect after they are done. They will give you an honest appraisal and tell you what you really need to know about your roof. I just really trust them I would not call anybody else for my roof.
