Description of Work: Promised to install a new underground cable to home in 1 week. Didn't show. I called , then was informed it would be 6 to 8 weeks. I went with C link DSL. It works.

 + -1 moreVery badly. In fact, I've since been looking into installing a dish receiver in my home and relying totally on my cell phone instead of using this provider.
Description of Work: It's what the provider DID NOT DO!!! I lost phone and Internet service for one entire week for some mysterious reason. It took that long for a technician to show up, even though I called Comcast several times hoping I might be able to fill the slot of any customer who cancelled during that lost week.

 + -1 moreThere was some confusion over rental vs purchase of the modem. We bought our own, but they charged us for rental also. After we noticed billing error it was corrected. Fair review comes from the fact of limited competition and steep prices. We didn't want to have to start over with a competitor and have to buy a different modem
Description of Work: Installed cable internet connection on the, power line/phone line(?). Monthly service is generally reliable over the past few years

Description of Work: Price keeps going up; can't reach them on the phone without being on hold for 10-30 min; cannot find anyone there that knows how to connect my Mac to the caller ID that I'm suppose to have.
