We ended up renting the property and he has been extremely helpful in finding us a renter, who we could never have found one better. We don’t live in Albuquerque, so if there has been any problem, he has been the person that we call and he helps us get things repaired for us. There was a leak in the roof and he helped us find somebody to take the decking off of the roof and fix the leak and put the baking back on. He did his homework in a timely way and he took a lot of time with us finding what I wanted and the places that we looked at, they were exactly the sort of places that I was looking for. In fact it was the very first one is the one that I ended up getting.

I told Michael all the details of what i was looking for in a townhouse and the first one he showed me ended up being the right one. He really did his homework. We looked at a lot of different townhouses and all of them could have worked but the first one was it. He kept us in the know in a timely way through the whole process. He knew that we were planning on renting the townhouse because we live out of town and are not ready yet to move back to Albuquerque. As it needed some updating and repairs, he helped us find the right people and prices to get the jobs done. He also went out of his way to help us find reliable renters. I was really worried about renting the townhouse but he went out of his way to screen the prospective renters. We are so happy with our renter as we could not have found another one who is as conscientious as the renter he helped us find. Living out of town we still call Michael when there is something that needs to be done at the townhouse. He told us from the beginning I am here to help and it does not stop when the house sell is finalized. Not only did we find a real estate agent we found a friend.

It went fine. We paid a 6% commission. They were typical realtors and there was nothing spectacular or not spectacular. He was friendly, personable and responsive.

Susan Storan could not have been more helpful, kind, patient, professional and attentive. She showed us numerous homes, in different neighborhoods, giving us a good idea of what we could get on our budget. She was always very up beat and willing to go the extra mile for us. When we finally found our home, she was there every step of the way and consistently kept us updated on the buying process. Everything she did was done in a timely and consistent manner. We were glad to have had Susan as our broker.
