Well, Christine did everything we asked her to do. It was a very large job and she was uncomplaining about the scope of it. She was more than competent. Her ideas and suggestions were for the most part right on target. She suggested many things we would not have thought about. When we were unsure and asked her opinion, she volunteered it right away and very specifically. No waffling, at all Christine helped with: area rug selection, color palettes, use of space, room orientation, functional use of each room, style of furniture to purchase, art placement, sculpture placement. I found Christine to be highly professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and recommend her to others. Oh, and she happens to be a bargain!!

She had very good design judgment, was decisive, answered all questions put to her and worked well with a pair of movers who placed items where she thought they might look good. She was honest in saying what ideas/changes we planned that she liked and the couple of things she did not think would work. We found her extremely helpful. She offered suggestions of local vendors who could perform work we needed. All in all, a great job. Also, a real bargain. I would definitely recommend Christine's services to others and we plan to use her again to finalize things.

From paint selection to window treatment to furniture and accent placement, Christine has been hands-on. Christine has helped turn my ideas and dreams into reality. Sourcing products, working with vendors and rolling up her sleeves, Christine has risen to every challenge in a timely and professional manner.

Ms. Reisch designed beautiful drapes for a 20 foot wide and 15 foot tall window wall. She also selected paint for walls, celings and cabinets. She recommended new light fixtures and plumbing hardware. This property was listed by an agen for 6 months but did not sell. After Ms. Reich finished her design work I was able to sell the property without an agent in less than a month. I believe her staging was a perfect complement to other design changes which made the sale happen.

Christine showed up at our home and, initially, was somewhat hesitant to be too harsh regarding our living space. Once we convinced her we wanted her to speak freely, she did. We have lived in our home for 12 years and my wife has always expressed a dislike of our living/dining space (it is very unusual with lots of angles). Christine pointed out how frenetic the space was. Way too many patterns, color palettes, lots of stuff everywhere! She made suggestions on how we might simplify, arrange, and generally make the space calmer. After she left, I started on phase 1: decluttering the entertainment center. Such a difference! We will continue to take Christine's suggestions and implement them (maybe not all of them but many of them). We really appreciate her friendliness and her ability to point out things that totally eluded us. Money well spent! We hope to have Christine back to look over our progress and move on to our master bedroom.

She was nice enough. She did her job. I didn't use her for anything else. I had certain questions about furniture placements and things I could do to step up my house. She was okay. I ended up not doing anything she said.

Christine came to my home on her first appointment and provided me with samples and measured my job. She was very professional and spent enough time with me helping me with my decision-making process. After my decision was made, she brought the installer to my home to determine what had to be done for installation. He was also professional and provided answers to my questions. When the draperies and cornices were delivered, the dining room cornice was measured incorrectly. This did not create a problem for me as the installer completed everything but the cornice. The new cornice was delivered by Christine last week and the installer will secure it to the brackets on the 10th. He will also raise the draperies up from touching floor in den. The bracket he needed had to be special ordered. The quality of the drapery material is superior and they hang nicely. The cornices are beautiful.

My living room was dark and dated. I wanted a brighter, cleaner, fresher, more modern look, so I contacted Christine. She came over and helped us choose a new wood floor, carpet, paint, baseboard and made cornice boards for our kitchen windows.Christine is prompt and professional and has a good eye for color and texture. She had to make everything work with the kitchen tile, cabinets and fireplace that were already in place. Christine made many extra trips to my house to make sure we were happy with all the new additions. She was not pushy, but had great suggestions and guided us toward choices that we are happy with. It's very important to her that the customer is pleased and satisfied with the end result. We love the new look and are so glad that we found Christine! She goes way out of her way to do a great job!

The consultation with Christine was well worth it! She gave me great advice on using color and furniture placement to make one room flow into another without looking cluttered. She spent time answering all of my questions and gave me several ideas that I could not have come up with on my own. I really appreciated her recommendations as I did not want to go shopping for furniture without having some kind of plan! She was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend her services.

Very timely in setting up appointment. Very understanding of budget guidelines, did not steer us to more expensive fabrics etc. Pointed out pluses and minus of each option. Completed product was delivered on time. Outstanding workmanship. Very happy we selected this vendor.

Christine came on time on the day of the appointment and took a good hour to discuss all the ideas we had and helped us make some key decisions on our remodel. She emailed me a couple of days later with some examples for our powder room as well as some more information on the baseboard style we have discussed. She Called me again in March (~ 4 weeks after the initial consultation) with some more examples and ideas. We were very pleased with the consultation and pleasantly surprised by the follow-up.

Christine was patient beyond expectations and gave us time to find the upholstery products we were most comfortable with. The kitchen chairs came out absolutely wonderful. The whole family loves them. The dining room chairs will be done later. The dining room chairs were finished too and are gorgeous. Christine recommended that we replace the foam padding and indeed the chairs are much more pleasant to sit on. She also spent a great deal of time and effort finding a material to match our massage chair, then she replaced the face of that pillow so now this expensive piece of equipment looks brand new and is in use again.

Christine helped me come up with color and flooring ideas for a master bedroom and rec room. She has a very keen eye for color and helped me to select a combination of colors that are great. She also went out of her way to find the right carpet samples to complement the walls, and helped me to decide on a large rug for the rec room. She is very professional and easy to work with, and I would definitely use her services in the future.

She was great on the phone,excited,interested,motivated. But at my home she was very quiet, unresponsive and difficult to communicate with. She told me gray was the new white and that I should pick out a gray green color for my kitchen. She didn't have any paint samples and took a piece of drywall board hanging around and told me to match the color of it for my kitchen. She would not answer any other questions about my house. She left,it took less than 1/2 hour. The paint color was awful and now I have to pay some one else to repaint.Her ideas about paint I though we're boring and not very creative. Maybe she was having a bad day. I obviously will not contact her again for decorating advise.

Very kind, very nice person. But I am very disappointed overall. It took two months to get the project finished. It would have been very good business for her to tell me up front that it would take a long time. She did not keep me updated on the progress or lack thereof. I had to contact her to find out what was going on. When I got the chairs, they looked great. But, after about 6 weeks of fairly light use, we heard a tearing sound when someone (a light weight person) sat in one of the chairs. The webbing was tearing where it met the chair frame. It continued to tear until the chair was no longer useful. The webbing does not appear to be sturdy enough or of good quality and does not appear to have been attached in a way to avoid tearing at the chair frame.

We had two chairs upholstered from the store where she worked, and then subsequently asked her to upholster an antique chair, a bedside sofa-bench and a headboard - all turned out beautifully.

The consultation went very well. Christine was very good, capable and professional. Christine was very prompt. She has good decorating ideas and gave my wife some good ideas what we could do with the house.

I think the consultation went fine. She did what she said she was going to do.

Ms. Reisch helped me select an appropriate fabric and was able to purchase the it and perform the work in less than three weeks. The quality of her work is excellent. I am well pleased with the job. As the cost was going to be more than I initially expected I shopped for a new kitchen set. Finally, I decided that I preferred spending the money on a set I liked rather than purchasing a new set which would not go as well with my kitchen. Now that the chairs are redone it looks as if I have a new dinette set.

The bottom line for me is that Christine is an excellent upholstery business who gave my lovely second hand sofa a much needed couch cushion update as the old cushions that came with it had lived a good life yet needed to be replaced with new ones in a fabric that was pet friendly. I received cushions in a pet friendly fabric of a gorgeous blue color with quality foam inside as well.

Christine was key in making the remodel our great room a success! We did not have experience with remodeling and were at a loss on where to start with color, style, the whole thing. She had good ideas, listened to what we wanted, and guided us through the whole remodel experience; design, selection of colors, fabric, carpet, paint. Christine was especially helpful in choosing the design concept that truly remodeled the room yet preserved what we had loved about the room for over twenty years. She went shopping with me, kept us from making bad choices, and educated us. She was professional and on time with all appointments. A true bonus was having fun during the process. We enjoyed working with Christine and plan to do so again in the future. Calling Christine first was a terrific decision.

Prompt, helpful, they look great!

She gave us great suggestions to help bring in the light where we needed it and to block out the light where we don't. She suggested cornice boards over the windows where we have drapes to add a more elegant feel and they look fabulous! She even provided suggestions on furniture and helped us find some nice pieces for our home. It was a great experience working with her and we would highly recommend her services.

I did not use this provider

Unfortunately, emails have not been responded to in a timely manner since then. She apologized for the delays in an email and said she would call me that day, which she did not. Later, I asked to meet with her to see if my fabric was suitable to use. She said she is busy and will get back with me in over a week to set something up. I bought this deal a month ago, and if I had gone with someone else, this project could have already been completed.
