Description of Work: They were late to the appointment and didn't clean the whole |Area I asked to have cleaned because they were rushing . They charged more than agreed upon and I would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they do business . Very disappointed

[member name removed], I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. You review states that we cleaned for you on Monday, 10/26/2015. However, our records indicate that the work we did for your mother was an appointment on 07/16/15. Our records indicate that our technician arrived at her home at 9 am, which would make him arriving at the beginning of the arrival window that was from 9-930 am . I also show that we cleaned the Living Room wall to wall, which would mean that we cleaned the room entirely. You purchased an Angie's List deal that offered 250 sq ft plus stairs of carpet cleaning. I show that our tech measured 684 sq feet of carpet cleaning which would explain why your invoice was more than what you initially purchased. I also show we did a follow up phone call after the service and I have no notes about your dissatisfaction. We take our reputation very seriously and work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. I'm a little perplexed about your review because it conflicts with our records. Professional but felt we were sold a bill of goods.
Description of Work: Claims to clean carpet with less water than other companies. Found this to be true. When cleaning was discussed before hand it was suppose to cost us $100. for the average size living room and the hallway. We told cleaner that we had pets that probably had accidents. He used a black light to verify this to be true. They said they needed to use anti-smell and anti-odor treatmen in areas. We agreed to this and the carpet seemed to be clean when they left. You might not want to use this company as a bargain because of the treatments the price went from $100. to $313. We did not feel the areas of treatment we in any way excessive.

While I am sorry to know that you are not entirely satisfied with your service experience, I'm pleased to know that you don't feel the services we provided were in any way excessive. It can be hard to estimate a pet odor situation over the phone. I can understand your frustration with your $100 expectation increasing to $300. Unfortunately, Pet Urine Removal Treatment is an extensive and thorough process designed to completely remove urine odor. It is time consuming and requires a great deal of expertise. Gladly, It sounds like that process worked to your satisfaction. I agree that we are not a bargain. We pride ourselves on fair pricing for services rendered. Thank you for your business and your feedback. Repeat customers always receive a "repeat customer" discount, so if you are inclined to try us again, we may be able to better meet your expectations. I used them just once. They seemed to do a good job and I am happy with the results. The price seemed to be right. I had a manager's special so it was a good deal I think. We didn't end up spending anything because we gave them a check and they never cashed it. They showed up on time and were very professional. I would recommend them.

They didn't spend much time on the rug and upholstery cleaning, and they tracked dirt into the house. The glider cushions didn't come out as clean as I was hoping they would, and I think they added dirty fingerprints to the cushions although I can't be sure those stains weren't already there.
Description of Work: I only wanted the cushions to a glider rocking chair cleaned, which cost $70, but they won't come out for less than $100, so I had an area rug cleaned as well.
