I must have used another franchise in the past because they always moved the furniture.

I really like them. They cleaned all of my carpets all these years. They picked up the area rugs and brought them back. I like the people that come. They are so nice. I do not feel like they are rushing and they are thorough. My rugs always look pristine when they are done. I cannot say enough about them. I will continue to use them.

I could not get a estimate of cost.

Scheduling staff is very professional and responsive. They come when they say they will. One employee did the entire job, including hauling off a very heavy rug by himself. We have used them before; their employees have always been people you feel comfortable having in your home. The individual who did the job worked VERY hard. The costs are not inexpensive, but I believe it's a case of you get what you pay for. I have liked working with this particular company over the years. I definitely recommend them.

I've been using them for about 10 years now. They are a family owned business. The products they use are environmently friendly. They are just consistantly excellent at the work they do.

I couldn't be more pleased. My carpets have not been professionally cleaned in quite some time, and consequently were very dirty. The technician called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. He was also very tolerant of my not so well behaved dogs! He finished the job more quickly than I expected, and reminded me that if any stains returned I should call the office and they would be re-treated. There was no odor at all, and the carpet was dry enough to put everything back in the rooms the same night. The carpets look beautiful and it makes such a difference in the house. Naturally, the day after the carpet was cleaned, I spilled a can of club soda (!) right in the middle of one of my highest traffic areas. I blotted it up, but it left a slight stain...probably because it is such a high traffic area. Whatever the reason is really irrelevant because I called Donna and she had no hesitation in assuring me the tech would be back to re-treat the stain. And this was my fault, not theirs. As I said, I could not be more pleased, and not only with the professional manner in which the cleaning was done, but with the confidence and friendliness of both the tech and with Donna. It is so refreshing to deal with such nice people. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I highly recommend them. You won't find anyone more willing to help you. And did I mention the carpets look beautiful?

They did a fabulous job. They were very prompt and seemed very knowledgable pointed out things he was doing and explained. It looked completely restored afterwards.

They seem pretty thorough and they do a good job. The only thing I don’t like about them is that every time they come the price changes and they add more square footage.

Two men arrived right on time for the carpet cleaning. They introduced themselves and then started to work. They seemed to be doing the carpet cleaning appropriately but were not very careful and crashed around a lot with their equipment. They knocked over their large cleaner on the floor once and then knocked off & broke 2 picture frames off the study wall. We were compensated for the breakage so I can't complain about that, but it probably wouldn't have happened if the men had been more careful. We have used this carpet cleaning company for years and have always been very pleased in the past. The carpets, today, look very nice and were cleaned well. I just wish that the men had been more professional during the cleaning process. We will give the company another try when we need the carpets cleaned again.

From the first phone contact to follow-up this was a great experience and a class-act company, (despite a minor problem.) We had our new home's carpet cleaned, we were lucky enough to buy a home with extremely good carpeting. Daniel, the tech, arrived on time and was 100% professional. After Daniel had finished we noticed a problem with the way the carpet had dried. We called ChemDry the next day to report the issue. Patrick, the owner, was at our home within 30 minutes of our phone call! He examined the carpet and agreed that it was not done to their standards. It turned out that b/c the carpet was so good (approx $45-$50/sq. yard according to Patrick) the softer brush should have been used as the finishing touch on the carpets instead of the harder rake. Patrick told us that he'd like to try to amend the problem and if that didn't work he'd continue to work with us until resolution. He was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to about the issue. He never once became defensive or made us feel uneasy because we had a complaint. Patrick told us he would attempt his remedy at our convenience. Well, he wasn't kidding. We called back a few days later to schedule the "fix", they were extremely busy but they fit me in within 48 hours. We could not have asked for better service. Daniel returned punctually at the scheduled time, re-cleaned the carpet and used a different finishing technique and problem was resolved to our 100% satisfaction. Chastity (sp?), the Office Manager, was completely informed of our situation while Patrick was still in our home assessing our situation. She followed up with us every step of the way, we never felt like ChemDry dropped the ball or forgot about us. In addition, Daniel made a note in our client folder to instruct any other techs who clean our carpets in the future how to clean our carpets to avoid the prior issue. This is a class-act company. We realize that no matter how good a contractor is or how good the employees are at times things might go wrong. It is how the contractor responds in these situations that really tells the consumer how the company is really run and how much they truly value their clients. Even though we had an issue with the first cleaning the response was so professional and handled with such care and we were treated so well we will definitely use ChemDry for our future carpet cleaning needs. ChemDry treats its clients the way your Mother and Father told you to treat people. What more can one ask for?

Excellent service. They were on time, and did the work very fast and orderly. It looks good. We are prefectly happy with it. It was a pleasure while setting up the appointment. Everything was in order.

Great job, professional, friendly staff. The estimator thoroughly explained how to determine the difference between vomit and urine stains under a black light, and the process to clean and remove each type of stain. Since there was no urine detected with the black light, he said that PURT was not necessary. The carpet was cleaned, the spots that were visuble only with a black light were gone. In fact the carpet looked better than it did when I moved in! ChemDry stood behind their work. I have used ChemDry in the past and will continue to do so. This ChemDry owner and staff are honest and have integrity and empathy. They are true professionals.

They took longer than expected, but that was because they did a very thorough job. We bought a 3 year contract through Home Depot when we bought the carpet, and this was our first experience with this company.

I usually use them at least once a year. I had them do several rooms. I think I spent probably between $300 and $400 because I had them do a stain protector on top of the carpet cleaning, so it is probably pricey for carpet cleaning. They have always been very polite. They did their job. They didn’t mess things up. They put the furniture back and did a nice job. They are always here on time. I like them. I have them back all the time. I would continue to use them in the future.

They did a very good job. I was very happy with the work they provided in the three rooms in our home. I would use them again in the future.

I chose them because they didn't use harsh chemicals or soaps. Their products were green and not harsh. They were the only company that provided a guarantee that the pet odor would be removed. They were really good.
