Pretty good but there were additional cost and I thought I was in the specific amount of area it covered. I would never get them again.

I wasn't home when they but my husband said they arrived on time, we're extremely professional and friendly. They did an amazing job. They did some pet odor removal and the carpets dried very quickly. The only glitch that happened was that I had prepaid through Angie's list when I booked the appt and they also collected the full payment the day of the cleaning. Thankfully, I asked my husband if there was any additional square footage that we had to pay, and he said no. When I brought it to their attention, they refunded it immediately. I would definitely use and choose them again.

They did a terrific job. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in a long time and was full of horrible spots from a previous renter. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and friendl,y and were able to get most of the spots out. I couldn't believe how clean the carpet looked when they were through.

It went really well. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional and did a great job. He spot cleaned stains and cleaned all our carpets. It made a huge difference since I don't believe the carpets had ever been professionally cleaned by the previous owner in the 10 years since the home was built. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again, probably yearly to keep our carpets clean since we have young children and pets.

They were very helpful. I set up a time but needed it sooner. They did everything they could to get out earlier. They did a very careful deep cleaning due to the pets. I was very pleased with the service and the friendliness.

Did a fabulous job saving off white carpet. Was timely, professional and even removed old stains. I thought I might have to replace carpet after last tenants left. Came back and spot treated additional spots and explained paint and rust stains.

There was a lot of stain and they did several rooms. They did a good job and it was dried quickly. The only problem was it had a lingering but could be with the drying but overall I got the carpets clean and the quality of work was good.

Carpet looks like new and the musty smell is gone!

We had used ChemDry for many years. When we moved into this smaller home for retirement we started doing our own carpet cleaning. Through an unfortunate incident in the family our daughters family had to move in for a little over a year. This included 2 teenage boys in one small bedroom. Upon arrival I was told that it would be very difficult if not impossible to clean a couple of areas. I must say he spend a good deal of time trying to get it completely clean. The end result was very good, but unfortunately, the areas noted did not come as clean as the rest of the carpet. Again, no complaints on my part. We should have stayed on top of this and not assumed it would some how magically come clean. Overall...great effort on their part. I would definitely use them again.

I had a Big Deal. We paid additional to have extra work done. It was pretty good. Excellent. A lot better than I expected. There were a couple of rooms that were pretty messed up, but I tried to see. It was real good. I was surprise, to be honest.

It was great. They came out right away. They were able to clean the carpet. One cleaner came out. There were no problems with scheduling.

Punctual. Very Quick. Carpets cleaned to my standards. Dave is awesome. He was conscience of my asthma and rinsed the carpet twice just so I could breathe easier. Very thoughtful. Will definitely use this company again.

This was the first time that Chem-Dry has cleaned our carpet. I ordered the Big Deal, was able to immediately schedule my preferred date & time. The technician (I believe Nathan) was on time, and was very personable and professional. Nathan measured the carpet (living room, hall, 3 bedrooms), and provided a quote for the additional square footage. The additional price seemed reasonable, the total being a bit more than we have paid in the past. Nathan did an excellent job in cleaning our 12 year old carpet! It hasn't looked this good in quite some time! I also like the fact that they use less water than conventional steam-cleaning companies. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again in the future.

I had my carpet cleaned by ChemDry of New Mexico. My old carpet looked like new again. Technician Sean Iverson worked very very hard. He obviously took pride in his work and took the time to make sure the job was done properly. He was pleasant, professional and knew what he was doing. The company called me the next day to find out if I was happy with the service I had received. I was more than happy. I've used other carpet cleaning companies over the years and have had so- so to poor results. Thank you ChemDry and Sean. For value and results, you can't be beaten !!!!!

The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He walked through the house with us to make sure that he was aware of all of the spots and problem areas. We had a few areas with cat urine, and he used his UV light to see exactly where those spots were. He did a thorough job, and it looks great.

The service was fine. I would recommend them. I have used them for years and they have been great. They are reliable and show up in time.

What we liked was their professionalism and the manner they cleaned the carpets. They cleaned them thoroughly and had them sanitized. We're happy with that.

Had I written my review last week, it would not have been so positive. The young man who was the technician was polite and seemed professional. (Too much cologne, though.) The technician cleaned the carpets in the 3 rooms. He explained that some of the stains could not be reached by the machine (the machine has a big circular base, like the machines used to wax floors in hospitals). Indeed, 5 areas (2 in corners, 3 along the edges of walls) still had the stains left by dog vomit. (I'm not sure if all dogs do this, but ours seems to try to throw up as far from the middle of the room as possible.) The young man was preparing to leave and I was handing him the check when I commented that it would be nice if there were a device that could clean in the corners and next to walls. He replied that there is such a device: a hand-tool for the machine. He had discovered at the house prior to mine that his hand-tool was not working. Was he not planning to tell me that?!?! I emailed the office and Chastity called back very promptly. Arrangements were made for another technician to come out today and use the hand tool to clean the hard-to-reach stains. Kevin, today's pleasant tech, accomplished the job quickly and apologized that I'd had to have them come out more than once. There were no extra charges for today's visit. Chastity responds to calls and emails very promptly and professionally.

They do a very good job cleaning the carpet. I like the chemical they use. They also give us some chemicals to remove spots during cleaning.

They used a special device and removed almost all of the stain. Their work is well worth the price.
