Description of Work: Cleaned the living room carpet. Special attention to a large recurring pet stain. David did an excellent job, with assistance from Nate. Both were very professional, and explained what they were doing for the recurring stain. Also recommended stain remover. Carpet looks like new. I'm happy and will definitely use Chem-Dry in future.

Description of Work: This was my first time cleaning my carpet...a new house. After it dried I could see ripples in the carpet. I called and talked to a person who said he was the Manager. He assured me they would come look at it and take care of it. A person arrived and looked at the carpet and said "sorry we don't stretch carpet" I would need a professional to do that. I explained to him the carpet was fairly new and not much traffic as one person lived there. |Also, they were the first company to clean it. He really didn't care what I was saying he just fluffed me off and suggested I call a carpet pro. The cleaning was good but my carpet was rippled and he offered nothing to resolve the issue. I didn't use them again.
