Graciela and her crew are wonderful house cleaners who I highly recommend. They do a good job cleaning, and adjust whenever I have a request for a certain type of cleaner or a certain area that needs extra attention. I also like that I can request additional "specialty" cleaning of things like windows, fridge and oven once or twice a year, in addition to our monthly cleaning schedule. On top of all that, they are reliable, friendly and affordable.

I have had Graciela and her crew cleaning my house bi-weekly since 2015. They are always efficient and thorough. I can always count on their smiles when they arrive and my 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1800 sq. ft. house is clean in a little over an hour. They get right to work and never waste time. Thank you Graciela! Chela and her staff have been cleaning our house for over a year. We are really impressed with the quality of their work.On two occasions they even cleaned my fireplace which is something they don't have to do. Graciela and her team have cleaned our house every other week for the last six months. They do the best job of any house cleaning service we have ever used. They are prompt, fast, and exceptionally thorough.

Chela and her crew come to my house once a month to help clean the house from top to bottom. There is always a lot to cleanup because of toddler messes, but they do a great job.

I had Graciela and her assistants come out and clean my house. I am a terrible housekeeper, and my house had gotten very in need of a good cleaning. Graciela did a splendid job. She scrubbed everything, even things like the inside of the stove vent hood. When she dusted my shelves, she even dusted and arranged each little spice jar. The attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms, which were especially bad, were scrubbed to sparkling. They were all very professional and pleasant. They worked non-stop for 5 hours. I can't say enough good things about their work. I look forward to having them come for routine cleaning every 2 weeks, so that things can stay nice.

This is a great housecleaning service. My house always looks wonderful when I come home. They were even able to get the (what seemed like permanent) water spots off of my shower door. Graciella is very good about communicating. I tend to use text as it is easiest for me and she is very responsive in this method. They girls who clean my house are always very nice. I had no problem giving them a key and did not worry about my cats being in the home with them. I highly recommend Graciella and her team for a very well priced cleaning service.

They did just fine. Basically we had an empty house that we're going to move into and they just gave us a once over. The only problem that we had was we can't speak Spanish and a number of them spoke very limited English, it wasn't a big problem but it was a little pacy a couple of times trying to figure out what was going on.

They went above and beyond and were very professional and prompt. They had a really good price and performed exactly the housecleaning we needed.

She and her associates pay great attention to detail, and always ask if there is anything special needed to be done. Graciela and her team do a great job cleaning my house. She shows up on time and is detail oriented. She asked what specifically I wanted done and took notes. I appreciate that she uses my cleaning products but she isn't wasteful with them. I will continue to use Graciela and her cleaning team. I've tried many cleaners in Albuquerque and Graciela is one of the most responsive and conscientious that I've found.

Called her and left a message several weeks ago. It did take her several days to respond but once she did, it was great. I wasn't in a huge hurry so that was OK with me. She showed up on time and did a great job.

I called and left a message to get an estimate and never heard back. It is a shame, as I would have liked to try their services.

Graciela and her crew are friendly and thorough, they clean the house wonderfully. We recently went on vacation and when we got back our housesitter was amazed at how thoroughly they had cleaned the house.

Chela's Housecleaning is amazing! Graciela is the owner and is very nice and very reasonable! The initial deep clean where there was a 3-4 person team for about 5-6 hours was amazing ($195). I do not think my home has ever been that clean! I was so impressed that I decided to have them come every other week to keep up the deep clean. My price is $100 every other week for a 1800 sq. ft 3bed/2bath home. And I feel that is extremely reasonable for what she and her team do! If I need something special cleaned like the refrigerator or the ceiling fans, she is eager to do it! Her team are also very nice and very easy to deal with! I have 2 small dogs that believe they are in charge and her team are very nice and respectful to them! I am so glad I found Graciela! I am looking forward to having a long term relationship with her! I would not hesitate to ever recommend her to anyone I know!

They did a great job. When they came for the first time, they came with a big group of people so they just jumped on it and got it done. They were very efficient, worked very well, and did a very good cleaning job. Their prices were just a little bit higher than I would've liked, but I didn't care because I am quite pleased with the work they did.

We had a housekeeping service that came weekly and the the quality was going down, as well as the price was slowly increasing. We had to terminate the prior company and find a new one and didn't know where to turn when we saw an ad about Angie's list and remembered we had the service and just forgot to use it, not sure how we did that, but we did. So we then proceeded to find providers of our service and found her and were very impressed by her good attitude, affordability, willingness to help and professionalism, even more than the national chains! We have been using her ever since and really enjoy her and her staff, Highly recommend them!
