Does a great job!

We moved into our new home on Fri, Oct 19, and once arriving, we realized how filthy it had been left. I found Graciela on Angies List, and left her (as well as three other cleaning people) a message on Saturday. Graciela was the only one that returned my call, and did so the same day. She agreed to come the next day, a Sunday, to give me an estimate. She came at the appointed time, and we walked through with the list I had compiled of everything I wanted done. I didn't want to start unpacking until the house had been cleaned, so wanted the job done as quickly as possible. She said she could come on Wed. Wed came and she arrived with her entourage at the appointed time. The four of them worked diligently for four hours, and my house sparkled when they were finished. Graciela made sure everything on my list was done, and made sure I was happy with the job before taking my money. They pay very close attention to details, which I have found an issue with other cleaning people I have used in the past. I have asked Graciela to come bi-weekly to continue cleaning for me, and today was the first visit since the initial cleaning. She and her team did an outstanding job once again, and I am so happy I found Graciela so quickly upon moving to Rio Rancho! The search for a cleaning person you can rely on and trust can be difficult, I feel very fortunate to have found someone that does such great work, is professional, and customer oriented. She welcomes feedback and I feel comfortable mentioning anything she may have missed, or I want done differently, which is very little! Graciela does a great job and I would highly recommend her.

We needed a large apartment unit cleaned which includes three bedrooms, two baths, a large living room and kitchen. Graciela met us at the apartment and quoted us a price that we thought was fair. Two days later, Graciela and her helper were able to complete the work in about three hours. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely consider them for future jobs and would recommend their services to anyone needing house cleaning work.

Her team came in started in the upstairs, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, picked up and straightened up in the guest room, cleaned my silk plants and trees. Then vacuumed. As it became a one man job upstairs someone moved downstairs and began working in there. They essentially work their way into the kitchen. Emptying all the trash and vacuum cleaner as they go. I do have to remind them to check the vacuum filter as mine fills up quickly. I recommend them.

Graciela and her assistant came and spent substantial time cleaning our house. She and her assistant worked independently and diligently cleaning. By the time they finished, the house smelled great, the floors had been mopped or vacuumed, including moving the lighter furniture and tables and the kitchen and bathrooms shined. Every room in the house had been cleaned, dusted and vacuumed except the office which we requested they not touch on this cleaning. This initial cleaning took several hours and for the price was above and beyond what I expected. Graciela takes her business seriously, she wants to know how your are feeling about the job and after they finish she solicits feedback on anything they may have overlooked or could do better. She is a caring person, both for the people she is working for and for the work she does. She was the third service provider we had tried in this area, and I think we have found a winner to have clean our home on a regular basis. Update: 1/1/2014 We have continued this service approximately twice a month since the original review. Graciella has been a wonderful find and we are glad she continues to work with us. We have gotten into a standard cleaning pattern, but she is always willing to modify this for special requests or specific needs. I still cannot say enough about her service. If you are in the market, give her a try.

Very responsive, friendly, professional, reasonable and does a fantastic job! Did an initial deep clean, and will return every 2 weeks for up keep at a very reasonable price. Graciela is great.

She does a good job.

Chela has been cleaning our house every two weeks for the last two months. She is very professional and is always on time. She uses our products which allows me to select what is used in my house, which I appreciate. We have cats and dogs and we have had no issues with her working around them. Her price is reasonable and so far she has always gone above and beyond what we have asked. Our house tends to be quite cluttered as we have just finished a remodel and have two small children and have not been able to get everything organized yet. She does a great job working around our chaos and has made it easier for us to make progress.

Graciela is very punctual. It was not necessary to repeat the instructions because when she came to give me an estimate she took notes so she wouldnt have to ask me twice. Something which I like very much is that she is a person who has initiative, does her work with great care, meticulous and does not forget the details. Previously I had at least two housekeepers but none were as good as Graciela because of the quality of her work and her reasonable prices.She speaks Spanish perfectly although English is her second language that is not an obstacle for her in communtication with her clients. Finally what I want to say is that she always gives great prices and is very open to critism.

Chela is completely trustworthy. In the beginning when it was just her, everything was great. As her business grew and she had her cousin helping, it went downhill. Chela did my house while her cousin cleaned the guest house. The guest house is small and easy to clean but things so basic as floor sweeping and dusting wasn't done. The first time this happened, I let it go, these things happen, we all miss details from time to time. The second time tho, again the guest house wasn't swept among other things (dusting etc, cousin was cleaning it unsupervised) so I haven't called her back. I got the feeling my needs were an imposition since her business was growing a lot by then and she had more choices in which customers to take on. I feel that the great review I'd left at that time helped her a lot because she didn't have but 2 others that were very brief. Not that she owed me anything much less gratitude so I think she had nicer houses (with fewer pets!) to clean for. As a business owner, I also think that she was transitioning with details falling through the cracks while getting the kinks out of her business' growth. I know I should have talked to her about it but she just seemed to be spread so thin at the time that I never did. I do reiterate that Chela is professional, cheerful and you need not worry about her being on the premises. I ended up hiring another party who cleans the house (including carpet shampooing etc), the guest house and also my business location (6,000 sqft total) every week so it ended up working out better for me. Chela never cleaned my shop but then I never asked her to. I should reiterate that cleaning here is no picnic and I wish Chela nothing but the best as she moves forward.

Chela cleans my home on a weekly basis. The difference between her and other services is that she will do things that aren't necessarily in her original "package". I never asked her to do laundry but she has seen towels lying around or things unfolded in the laundry room and she will take the initiative to wash or fold what we leave lying around including matching all of my mismatched socks I leave on top of the dryer. I feel 100% comfortable leaving her in the house with my little dog alone and he shows how comfortable he is with his excitement when she arrives every week. By the way did I mention she washes the dog bowls and even washed my little guys blankets today which again is not part of her package. I don't have a very large home but my floors are 100% wood and between the dog hair and dog drool with 3 dogs they are a mess. Every Thursday I look forward to coming home to those clean shiny floors and nice clean sheets...what a treat! When I moved to Albuquerque four years ago I tried the big services, craig's list, recommendations, etc. I found Chela on another service posted on Angie's List. She is now on her own and I hope she can get a great following from this site because she deserves it!
