It's hard for me to even put into words how awful this whole experience was. What was promised to be a one day installation turned into a four month ordeal. I made the deposit the first week of December and the process was only completed last week. And even now I am not happy with the completed product. I am just happy to be finsihed. The workers hired to install the windows were hugely unprofessional. Trash, old glass, etc was left all around my property. The trim on the indoor and outdoor areas was done in such a poor fashion, I could have done better myself. There was spacing between joints. The wood did not line up at all, was not straight, The caulking on the interior was so mangled, it's hard to describe. I will try to attach pictures It was then held against me when I asked it to be fixed that they thought they were going to stucco the outside so they weren't worried about it. Firstly, it was december, I would not stucco until spring. Next, I said when funds allowed that I would have it stuccoed. Thirdly, I never promised it would be them and certainly not after I saw their poor workmanship. Weeks would go by between visits or even any contact from the contracter. I feel like my home was supposed to look better, if not just as good as when they started. I honestly can not say that is the case. They did try to fix the shoddy effort. However, again, my home interior looks worse than when they started. Please do not support this kind of poor work ethic. I wish I would have known better. Many a tear has been shed and I am still out nearly $3000.
