Ramón was the only Pro who contacted us, and I'm glad that he did. Setting up the appointment was easy, and he arrived on time this morning. He was efficient and fast, finding the problem and fixing it within minutes. He also noticed a potential safety hazard and fixed that as well.

Did a great job and reasonable cost

Mr. Carrasco, company owner, responded quickly to my query through Angi. He was able to come to our house within a day of initial contact. He is a very pleasant person and was able to repair and explain the problems with the outlets. I would certainly call on Carrasco Electric if future problems arise!

Ramon made it easy to schedule and arrived on time. He got the work done quickly and well.

Ramon showed up on August the 23rd 2022, at 8:30 in the morning which he did not show up until 9:00. He told me that the estimated cost for the job would be $300 to complete the whole work to my satisfaction. Ramon den showed up on September the 6th and replaced five out of seven outside light fixtures that he said we're not working. He then one of the five light fixtures was on the side of the house Southside and he disconnected the wires to one of the lights switches so it did not work anymore because he could not figure out how to turn it off. And for that he charged me another $50. So when he left that day he had only done five out of seven light fixtures replacements outside in the front yard and on the south side of the house and he charged me and did not give me a receipt but gave me his business card. He also left the stucco cut open where he removed the old light fixtures and attached the new light fixtures to the wires but did not repair the stucco on any of the light fixtures that he worked on. And the last time that I saw him was on September the 13th when he came over to do the other two light fixtures in the backyard which he did not accomplish but he did have to replace one of the light fixtures in the front yard by the driveway because parts of it were broken and I would have believed that he would have noticed when he installed that fixture that it was broken and for that I was charged another $50 that time he didn't charge me tax. New Mexico tax is 0.07 in most places and he charged me 0.0926 in tax which is above the average. And that was the last time that I saw Ramon and he never came back to do the two backyard lights that are on the west side of the backyard and he had told me the day that he replaced the light fixture that was broken he told me that he would be back the next day to do the back to yard lights which never happened.

He was very good and did a great job and the price was good to. Constantly in contact with us and very honest.

Ramon was very courteous and professional from the moment I called. I had done a google search and contacted several electricians and he was the only one to answer the phone by announcing the name of his business so I knew already he was someone more professional than the others (It is sometimes the small things like this that really speak volumes). He listened patiently and because he could see it likely would not be a big job he set me up for an appointment the next day in between other projects he already had booked. He arrived on time and appeared clean cut and dressed in an actual uniform (something I have not seen from other home service providers since moving to Albuquerque...again...the small things do matter). He had my electrical problem analyzed and and solved in less than 10 minutes which I thought was astounding. He also gave me some free advice on some outlets I have outside. Overall this is the best home service I've had in this are (and I've had a bit because this is a home I was renting out before recently moving back in). I will definitely use this company's services for any electrical problems in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Reasonable time to get scheduled. Arrived on time as scheduled. Excellent knowledge of house wiring and strategy to add an outlet. Worked quickly. Polite, Courteous, friendly. Cleaned up after completing the instillation.

Ramon did an absolutely outstanding job! I had tried to do something beyond my abilities and basically shut off power to half my house! I called Ramon first thing Monday morning hoping he could fix my dilemma before I lost the contents of my refrigerator and freezer. He was here in the morning and by early afternoon he had restored the power as well as fixed my screwup! His price was more than reasonable and his service was excellent. If you want great work, excellent service and honest pricing- call Ramon. I know I will!

I had Ramon of Carrasco upgrade and rewire my home from 100 to 200 AMPS. His work and attention to detail and his professionalism,alnong with his being personable was awsome. I also had him install a complete EMP whole house surge protector. He consulted the company bout improvements to their EMP protector for whole house installment, which they are implementing nation wide. His company is extremely resonable in price compared to all other companies in Albuquerque.

The provider came out to give an estimate. He acted as though I was inconveniencing him. I asked for a written estimate. I gave him my cell phone number so he could send me an estimate but he never did Said he could do the job the next week .but never called to confirm the appointment time or day nor returned to complete the job. I called him back a week later, he said he would call me back the next day but never did. He put me off for 3 weeks. I used Hi-Tech Electric. Mike Garcia was very professional and came out within a day gave me an estimate and completed the job in a reasonable time and the cost was appropriate for the job. I am having Mike come back to take care of some other issues that have arisen.

We had a range delivered and installed by Best Buy yesterday (the second one) and the oven did not work like the last one. Best Buy said we needed an electrician to check it out because there seemed to be something wrong with the wiring. We called a few people on Angie's list and they were closed (Saturday). We called Ramon, he answered right away and said he would call us back within a few minutes, which he did. Someone was at our house within 15 -20 mins. We couldn't believe it. They troubleshooted and found the problem and went to get a new oven outlet box and install. They talked to Best Buy installers too, who came back afterward and installed a pigtail, now oven work. We were really grateful they could come over so promptly on a Saturday. Price below is for time and a half.

I did something very silly and, as a result, lost power to several rooms. I called Mr. Carrasco and he was at my house within 20 minutes (worked me in between 2 other stops). He was very professional and efficient. We are back up and running! Would not hesitate to hire him again. I was also grateful that he did not give me a hard time about the silly thing I did to cut our power in the first place which I'm too embarrassed to post here. A++

Ray came promptly after our call. He did a very thorough examination of our problem and found several other things that needed attention. Our house is 30 years old and was in need of some electrical updates. We are very pleased with the work done and will use them again if needed.

Was really impressed with Ramon: he answered the phone when I called (unlike others who only had voicemail), he called to confirm when he was on the way and to confirm address, he was so pleasant and worked quickly, and charged a fair price for the work. We'd definitely hire Ramon again and would recommend him to others.

Ramon came for a security lighting consult for our house. We have a corner house that sits in the dark. He gave us an estimate and worked with myself and ABC seamless gutters (who removed soffett from house to place electrical wiring). He and Ray placed the wiring under the overhanging of the roof, underneath the soffett, placed 4 motion detector lights and also a RING doorbell. Our house is no longer in the dark. We now have no more late night solicitors and we feel so safe. We found out Ray used to install cameras and are considering them in the future. Please consider them for security lighting and security cameras. Great service and great security consult. I wish angies list added SECURITY LIGHTING as an option. I had to search on other websites to be referred to a huge electric company. Then I asked Ramon if he did security lighting and he did. Angie's list, please add SECURITY LIGHTING as a category.

Great, Ramon came out almost immediately, quickly did the work and cleaned up after himself. Have used other electricians in the past & had resigned myself to the fact that they leave little wire snips and other stuff behind... not Ramon.

Ramon was able to diagnose the problem immediately, and after purchasing the materials, he returned and replaced the switch and installed the cord which will prevent the light failure and also improve the safety to prevent an electrical fire. I was very impressed with how professional and efficient he was. Also, I felt he was very reasonable, and I have already referred him to our home owner manager who will put him on our vendor list.

Excellent service! We had a big box retailer contractor install our electric water heater; wouldn’t use again. Took almost three months from start to finish to complete the job including the inspection findings. Contractor’s first electrician never showed up and wouldn’t return phone calls. They later ended up using Carrasco Electric Inc.. Carrasco called me, setup an appointment, showed up on time, and completed everything perfectly. Carrasco Electric’s owner, Ramone was professionals and polite throughout the entire process. His assistant who did the work was also very friendly and polite; installing the electric power switch in less than an hour and doing a thorough cleanup afterwards. Even received a follow-up call from the owner after the job was done! Can’t ask for better service than that. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

They finished the rewiring in 1 1/2 days. They handled the job efficiently and neatly. I have used Carrasco Electric before for major and minor electric work. Ramon is a pleasure to work with, he is always responsive and completes the job in a timely fashion.

The job took more than the two hours that we were billed for. Because they had to balance and re-enforce the existing structure, they ended up coming back the next day. They stuck with it until everything was done correctly. We are very happy with our new, quiet fans!
