Description of Work: I purchased a Lennox gas insert fireplace after doing research on my own, so I knew that Lennox quality is good. Carefree Spas carried the product I wanted, though they did not have their gas inserts plumbed to demonstrate for customers. If I hadn't done my research, I wouldn't have bought from Carefree Spas. They did nothing to promote the product. I paid in full and a separate part (a new faceplate) had to be ordered before installation. I had to keep calling to track when it arrived. A separate company (excellent) installed the gas insert and discovered 1) there was a large scratch on the face plate, and 2) they had sent the wrong remote thermostat. Both the installer and I called Carefree Spas about fixing these two matters. I was assured the scratch would be painted immediately and they would likewise order the correct thermostat immediately. That was November of 2013. Fast forward to February. I had started calling 2 weeks later (early December) and thereafter, weekly or bi-weekly. Always I was assured someone would come. No one ever did. Finally, out of desperation, I called Lennox's national headquarters, begged for help and commented that Lennox wasn't being well served by this dealer, based on my experience. Within that week everything was fixed. Horrible service.
