Very poor to begin with and got progressively worse. Kitchen was measured incorrectly (short by 21/2 feet) and Floyd Jordon the contractor did not catch this. It was us the homeowners that noticed the major error. Quality of work is extremely poor, slppy and lacks any pride. Has kids off the street who work for him, not trades people by any means. They have no regard for their work or people's property. Almost two months went by without anyone showing up to do any worko on our home. Floyd decided he was capable of roofing our house and it leaked in 7 places the first time it rained. He attempted to patch it probably 5 times and every time it leaked. He then had the gall to say that it was not leaking or a problem! W**?! Are you completely insane. Our kitchen cabents were damaged, we got a new one and he proceeded to install it upside down. Not only incompetent but dumb. The list of things he has done incorrectly and that need to be redone is too long to state here but there is honestly not one thing he has done that we are happy with and many that have to be redone. He also uses Philip Seddo as his electrical and plumbing sub contractor who is even worse if that is possible. He cannot do simple calculations to determine the BTU required for a home which is critical for electrical units to run efficiently. He installed an inefficient electrical panel. He did incorrect gas plumbing for our gas stove. He installed our furnace incorrectly with insufficient returns for the system to run. The list goes on but that is just the major issues all of which have to be redone. The work on our home started at the end of Dec 2012. We were supposed to be moving in at the end of April. We moved in to a construction zone at the end of June with 3 children twins aged 5 mths and 1 1/2 yrs old as we had to get out of our old home. Floyd had no regard for what he was putting us through and did not do anything to try and complete the work. Floyd has since lost his license and is not answering our calls. He owes us money on work that needs to be redone. He was given money to purchase items for the home that have not been purchased. There is a port a potty sitting on our property whihc he apparentlynhas not paid for and they are threatening to put a lein on our house as a result. This is a con man, liar and thief of the worst kind. Do not under any circumstance come in contact with him. He will ruin whatever he attempts to work on, steal your money and make your life as stressful as one could imagine.

I am dissatisfied with them. I want a replacement. I paid for a good job and I’m getting frustrated and I’m sick of it. I am tired of patch build job. I am disgusted in many areas. They should have been spare, level and prompt. They are not open. I had them do the job 2 years ago and they are still doing it.

The design was good and they paid good attention to detail. The project was ongoing for two years. However, they were careless with the work and possibly overcharged me. The products were returned to the supplier and I never received a receipt from the supply house. I have had some items missing after their work. One of their workers was caught in the act for stealing from my purse. The work was incomplete and they did not even call me even when everything had been paid. They do not answer the phone and have not given me a date to come back to finish the work.
