This place is a joke! They deserve negative stars/ratings! I will never waste my time or money with them again. They are a bunch of lying, inconsiderate, rude shysters who have zero customer service skills! William in finance is the worst of them all. We went in about a month ago and found a trailer we liked, but knew with our situation we may not be approved for financing. We were 100% honest about our situation and William told us in response, "you will remember my name, because where there is a will there is a way. I'll get you approved." They asked for part of the down-payment in order to "hold" the trailer because it was the only one they had. William assured us that we would get our money back if we didn't get approved, but initially did not want to give us a receipt for the $600 cash I gave him. Luckily, I would not leave until I had a receipt. Low and behold, we were unable to be approved for financing. That is when we began to experience the worst costumer service ever. One week after giving them the cash they wanted, we hadn't heard a word from anyone. We called multiple times over the next several days and left messages for Will, but never spoke to to him. Finally on about the fifth call to find out what was going on, the receptionist told us we were not approved and a check was in the mail for the money we put down. Well, another week passed and no check came in. We began to call again , leaving messages everytime. On the third or fourth call, I finally demanded to speak to a manager. I don't recall that mans name, but he was pretty rude. He listened to my story without much response. He ended our conversation saying he'd look into the situation and get back with me. He was not apologetic or anything. William finally called after speaking to the manager and made all sorts of excuses, and lied saying he never gave the receptionist the message that she gave us. When I asked him why he hadn't returned any of the multiple calls/messages we had left, he had no response. He ended our conversation saying that the check comes from corporate and that they only cut checks on Fridays. He said he would call us on the following Monday to see if we wanted to pick it up or it be mailed. The week passed and Monday came, and guess what.....no call from William!. We called the next day and spoke to another manager who told us that William should have never taken any money from us without knowing if the financing was approved. He also said that corporate only cuts checks once a month. That manager was apologetic and assured us that we would get our money back soon. We finally received our check at the end of that week, over three weeks since we initially went in and put the money down. The costumer service at Camping World in Albuquerque is absolutely abhorrent! William has no business being in the finance position he is in! I am completely disgusted at the service from them!

We bought our first brand new 2013 camper from CW in May of 2013. While the sales team was professional and courteous, that is the ONLY positive comment I can leave. After taking our brand new camper out for the first time, we noticed that there were several small things that needed to be fixed. Being familiar with campers this was a bit of an inconvenience but we understood that when leaving the manufacturer somethings get missed. The most frustrating problems were 1) the table which converted into a bed was broken, the wood was cracked and 2) the crank used with the stabalizing jacks was the wrong size. I called to make an appointment to take it in so that it could be fixed. We ended up taking our trailer to CW on a Friday. Not the Monday after, but the Monday after that (10 days) later we had not received a call regarding the status so we called back. They said that they had not started workin gon it yet but had submitted the paperwork to have everything covered by the warrenty. The only two problems were that 1) the table wasn't covered since we'd broken it (our 1 year daughter must be heavier than I thought) and 2) the jacks don't come in different sizes so we must have been mistaken. After arguing that we could not have caused the type of break that was in the table, they agreed to fix the table as part of the warrenty. My husband had to physically return to the service department and show them that the jack crank didn't fit in order to have a new one ordered; guess they couldn't try it themselves. We were finally called to pick up our camper almost 3 weeks after we'd taken it in. The service man was rude - telling my husband that we needed to get there asap because they "didn't have enough room to keep storing it for us." When we went to pick it up most of the changes had been made, but they hadn't ordered the table or the new crank yet so they said they would call us when they came in. Fast forward 3 weeks, we still had not received a call so we called back again. The girl told me that she could see from the computer that one of our items had came in but she couldn't tell which one, and she couldn't see when the other item was going to be received, or if it had even been ordered. I asked to speak with a manager, who was supposedly not it but would return my call and never did. We should have gone somewhere else - maybe the camper would have been a bit more, but I doubt we'd have had all these issues.
Description of Work: Brand new 2013 Camper had minor issues that needed fixing. All fell under the manufacturer's warranty and should have been fairly easy to remedy. I didn't comment on the price or the quality of our camper because our issues are not with the sales team or the trailer itself - just the horrendous service department.
