CALDERA'S TILE

Working with Caldera’s tile was a great experience from start to finish. They were responsive to my initial request and worked very efficiently. The work was of utmost quality. Further, they were professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. I would absolutely use Caldera’s tile in the future and recommend them to others.

Juan gave me a great price for the job I needed done. He communicated well with me on materials need, arrived on time, and to my amazement was done way faster then I anticipated. The work is quality and Juan and his team are professional. I will definitely be requesting Caldera’s tile for future projects.

Mr. Caldera's and his son were a God sent. I had reached out to other contractors at no avail. Not even a returned phone call. Within an hour of calling Mr. Caldera's he returned my phone call and again at 8:30 pm he was contacting me for pictures and measurements. What contractor does that? Only one sent by God! He squeezed me into his tight schedule and was here in Santa Fe three days later. That's an exceptional contractor! Mr. Caldera's and his son were prompt. They were respectful, professional, and hardworking. They covered my floors and counter tops. Juan installed one side of my kitchen back splash while Freddie did the other side. I used Roman style crystal glass mosaic tile. Their craftsmanship was impeccable. 40 sq ft. of tile and it looks as if one person did the entire job. Every cut of tile and trim is aligned perfectly and the same throughout the kitchen. The spacing between the tile is grouted evenly as well. They cleaned up the inside and outside as if they had never been there. Words cannot express my gratitude and how thrilled I am with my stunning, gorgeous new back splash. I highly recommend Caldera's Tile for your job and I would definitely hire them again.

Caldera's tile was a great freshman experience for us. We were on a pretty tight deadline and Juan communicated with us while he was out-of-town. He visited the site, recalculated (and corrected) some of my tile quantities/measurements to make sure we had enough tile for the job. Did I say fast? Juan Caldera replaced the back-splash in our kitchen. His team took the old tile off without replacing the drywall. They installed our new ceramic tile and calked it. It only took two days. They were highly professional and did a perfect job. I will be hiring them back soon to install tiles on some outside steps to the home. Don't hesitate to use Juan Caldera. We have already recommended him to several tile stores in town.

Juan, his son Juan and Julian did an excellent job in our master bedroom and office. They cleaned up each day and finished the 600 square foot job in 4 days.

Juan was a consummate professional from the beginning. Prompt response to request for quote, punctual! The price was competitive and I paid for the materials up front which he brought to my home for storage until the install was to take place. The install took 3 days and the work was beautiful. I highly recommend Juan and and his team for your tiling needs. He also does plumbing so if you need your bathroom or kitchen redone give him a call.

Juan was very prompt with communications and arriving at my home. He came two days, one to set the tile and the next for grout. He measured the field and centered the tiles precisely. Tiles are set perfectly and grouted neatly.

The tile job went very well and just as planned with Juan. There was very good communication prior to the job and it was basically two 1/2 days since we needed to allow time for the tile to set. I purchased all the materials prior to the job and Juan picked them up at Lowe's and the labor costs were the $550. The size of the room was approximately 7ft x 11ft with 1 wide step that he did very nicely with a custom bull nosed edge. I was very happy with the work and would certainly hire Juan again. He worked hard and was efficient, with good communication.

Juan and his son are both friendly, competent tile installers. Job was completed promptly and capably. Communication was excellent throughout. Professional, responsive to questions, a pleasure to work with.

Juan Caldera came for a free estimate a day or two after I called him. I scheduled him for a couple weeks later. He was able to accommodate my schedule. He and his son and nephew arrived exactly on time and did really good work. His price was reasonable. I liked the fact that the things I asked for he was able to accommodate with no problems.
