+ -1 moreWe were shopping for a Pellet stove for our den. We entered the store and were greated right away. I explained to the clerk that we were looking for a small pellet stove to heat 2 rooms. He questioned us if we really wanted a pellet stove?? Hello! He tried to pursuade us to look at the wood stoves on display. Once he figured we were not interested in a wood stove he became very rude and obnoxious. He stated "Well then I cant help you". He wouldn't even show us the pellet stoves he did have in stock.
Description of Work: We were shopping for a pellet stove.

Description of Work: Bought a spa which was medically needed. They have a no return policy. When I found out that the electrical upgrade needed to run the spa was going to be around 3000.00, they wouldn't take the spa back which has not been hooked up yet. It may be legal the way they do business with the all sales are final, but not moral. I am disabled and a widow on fixed income and could barely afford the spa, let alone the electric upgrade. The spa has been sitting out back for over two weeks until the get around to getting the upgrade done, and that may take 2-3 weeks. Cal-Spas just wants to sell the product and the hell with the customer.
