I like that they were here on schedule. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They do a good job. They checked my sprinklers and he gave me advice about my grass and showed me how to use my sprinkler. I have had a very good experience.

All in all everything went fine. There were a few minor glitches, but Brad took care of everything promptly. We are very pleased with our new, "open" and "inviting" curb appeal! We would be glad to use this company again.

WOW! Best word to describe the outcome of our project. I love my new yard. I contacted By The Yard (Brad) through Angie's list, they were prompt in responding, both by phone and email. Brad came out to the house and helped us design our project. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but he pulled it all together for us. He was very knowledgable and straight forward. Once our decision was made, he gave us a start date and held to it. They coordinated the needs in advance (marking of gas lines, delivery of materials, etc.) so they were able to complete the job quickly and on time. He and his crew were very professional and polite. They worked very hard and focused on just our project and the quality of their work is outstanding. Let's face it, landscaping is not cheap. We had never done this before so we had a litte sticker shock. After talking to others who have completed these types of projects, we determined their pricing was very fair and comparable. They worked with us on the design for a price that we could afford. We feel as though we have made a quality investment in our home. More than anything, our outcome was fantastic. We absolutely love our new look and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a landscaping project. Thanks Brad!

Overall, this was an excellent experience. The sprinkler company performed exactly as specified. I am a bit of a perfectionist, with a building background. I was super pleased with Chris and his work. In fact I cannot imagine a better installation. The plumber we used was a friend of Brad, the owner of By the Yard. By the Yard did an excellent job of coordinating the work between the two companies. I am totally satisfied, and will use By The Yard again. I am especially pleased with Chris and his helpers, who actually performed the work. The only comment I would make regarding this company is that communications with Brad, the owner, sometimes take awhile. He is often not available by phone when I called, and sometimes took a day or two to respond to emails. I felt I had to be a little assertive in the communication process. However, the quality of work, the punctuality of the work, and the entire experience was excellent.

I'm still reviewing them so I haven't used them yet. They were very professional though.

It went very well. Chris and his technician arrived earlier than planned which worked out well for me. We reviewed the entire system and Chris took the right amount of time to review it and give me his plan for repair. He installed the controller in a more convenient spot for me than the original controller was. He took a good amount of time to explain how it worked and what it's overall capabilities were for expansion if I decided to do that. While he worked on that, his technician repaired a lot of the leaks and added the new sprinkler heads that I wanted. They were very efficient in the use of their time and worked well together. I will definitely use them again.

They are a smaller landscape company but they really know what they are doing. They were prompt and I have been with many different landscaping companies in the past but it was great dealing with them. They had the lowest estimate and their work was incredible. Their customer service is great and I have used some of the bigger companies, and they exceeded the biggest companies in every area concerning quality and communication with the customer.

They are awesome. They are really good about sprinklers and irrigation stuff in Mexico that is really critical. Matt and his crew are very professional, clean and we were friends earlier. I was a member of the American society for years and years. They had done some work for me several years ago. They actually changed their names and I had lost the track of them for several years. Then I had some work and that is how I called them.

Chris was very efficient, courteous & all things good. We would defiantly use them again.

Brad came out on the agreed to date at the agreed to time with a crew of four additional people. They were extremely professional and did an outstanding job. My wife and I were completely satisfied. They answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for yard work, landscaping and irrigation work. You can't go wrong with this company!

I am extremely pleased with the work performed. Brad is very professional, does excellent work, and communicates with you about what was done. I would highly recommend him.

They seemed reasonable, confident, and knowledgeable. They were passionate about the work that they were going to do.

Their Tech showed up the same day that I called. He promptly set to work checking the wires that controlled my sprinkler system. He found the one that was not working and made a repair. In addition he checked and replaced some of my sprinkler heads all within an hour and a quarter. I was happy with the expirence.

They arrived on time, worked all day, did the work as promised, cleaned up after themselves, and checked with me on questions as it went. When I had questions, they were willing to answer thoroughly. They are efficient, courteous, helpful, and speedy.

There were about three of them that came out. They had to replace the control unit. I knew that they knew what they were doing. They planted the plants that were ordered and spread the gravel. They got rid of a lot of trees and shrubs too. They were fast, very pleasant, and very good. The designer and the landscaper had a good communication with each other. It was a very pleasant experience.
