Description of Work: We had By the Yard Landscaping and Irrigation come out to check all the sprinklers and drip lines. He was very punctual, polite and professional. He even provided us with types of plants to replace a few dreary ones. I would definitely recommend this company to those in Albuquerque and we will certainly be using his services again.

Description of Work: I needed sod laid down in a yard that had been destroyed by drought, dogs and grubs. After 4 years of dirt, it was time to make the yard look great again. BY THE YARD came in and prepared our yard with the appropriate nutrients, leveled our area, replaced sprinkler heads and then laid down new sod. The sod looks great after 2 weeks of watering and we are so happy with the way things look. From the initial contact to the final step took 2 weeks and that was fine with me. Once the work began, everything went quickly.

Description of Work: Did a checkout of all my sprinkler systems and reset my controler and showed me how to modify it.

Description of Work: We requested Brad and his workers to purchase and plant four trumpet vines in our backyard. They bought the plants and planted them with all the necessary preparation of ground and cleaned everything up. The work was done as we requested. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: By the Yard landscaped our front yard. They were EXTREMELY professional and punctual. Shortly after they performed the job, winter set in. In the spring, one of the plants was not blooming. We called them and they came out and let us know the plant was still dormant. Sure enough, a couple of weeks later the plant starting blooming. But we appreciated them coming out to make us more informed plant people! The owner is very passionate about his job and that is evident in everything he does.

Description of Work: Brad came bye in one day of calling him and provided an estimate within 24 hours. The estimate was better than 2 other bids. His personality and professionalism was outstanding. He was very respectful of our home and provided good ensight into the best way to do the job. His crew was on time and very nice to us and our dog....which means allot. The job looks awesome and I would/will use his company again.

Description of Work: Yard cleanup and proper trimming of bushes, trees, etc. We have tried many people in this area, and all have "issues." Like not showing up. No insurance. No tools (!). Brad goves good value for the money and goes out of his way to fix what's needed.
