When we first hired them, they said the house was great and we should have no problem getting a renter. a month passed and we got nervous and they said the house needed to be painted on the inside. We said fine - we will paint it. and the next thing we knew a painter was calling us with a bid. We were upset and told them so. We painted the house and waited, then they said the carpet needed replacing and the next thing we knew a carpet person called us with asking what kind of carpet we wanted. again, no authorization. We called a friend who referred us to someone in the carpet business and he said it did not need replacing. We painted and we cleaned and they billed us for cleaning. From the beginning, we felt the effort to look for a renter was not good. we began placing ads ourselves on Craigs list and were getting replies. when we complained that WE were now doing the work we contracted THEM to do, we finally got a tenant 5 months later!! we caught them in several lies about the billing,for which we had proof, and demanded to speak to the owner. not an easy task- he was never available. when i finally did get to speak to him, he did refund some of our money. we specifically asked if ANY work was to be done to call us first to approve the charges. we asked them to contact the tenant to let them know not to place Draino in the drains but to use an enzyme instead which we would provide. then we get a bill for a plumber to go to the house and pour the enzyme in the drain! the last straw was when we were finally at the end of our contract, we asked where the last rent check was. They said it would be sent to us. We waited and waited and it never came. we called again. it was sent, made out to them! We are so relieved to out of the contract and would NEVER recommend them.
