Description of Work: .Our rental had some buried conduit, wiring of unknown purpose and a few other "cleanup" issues. Josua took care of it all at a very reasonable price. Prior to this Josua had also corrected some DIY wiring the previous owner at done which had resulted in strange behavior of some wall switches.
