Description of Work: Bravo cleaned carpets, area rugs, upholstery and blinds. |They were very nice, such nice people, they always answered when you call and scheduling was not problem. Unfortunately the quality of their steam cleaning was just not as good as other service providers that we have used. The carpet was not clean and they did come back and try again but just did not seem to have the ability to get the carpet clean. Another company was able to clean the rug with no residual spots at all. We also felt they were really on the expensive side as compared to other companies that did a better job of getting cleaning done. We really liked the family very much and were really sorry that it didn't work out as well as other carpet cleaners that we have used.

Description of Work: Washed windows and cleaned carpet. Had 2 crews, 1 for windows and 1 for carpets. Windows took a long time, but came out great. Carpet is good but left many pet stains behind - I guess I can't everything to come out. The employees were Extremely courteous and conscientious.

When completed, my carpets were spotless, extra fluffy and smelled fantastic! They took their time and paid great attention to detail. They are all we will use in the future.
Description of Work: All carpets in my home were cleaned. Three regular rooms, four extra large rooms and a double staircase. I forget the exact about we spent. The total above us an estimate.

+ -1 moreI did watch them. It seemed like they were doing a really good job. I had to call them about a spot. I asked them in the beginning about a beginning about a guarantee, but they said not really because they never have problems. But I did call them and they did come back out to fix the spot, so I was impressed with that. They put plastic corners down to protect the painted walls so the hoses didn't damage the painted walls, so they were very professional. Their price did seem a little high to me.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in a 3 bedroom house, with a living room, dining room and hallways.
