It went perfectly. The service was on time, set up their equipment, and insured that no damage was done by their hoses. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and the work was excellent and the price was what they quoted by phone.

Bravo cleaned my mother's carpets. She has two dogs and they've stained one of the rooms very badly. She doesn't want to have the carpet removed, so I called Bravo and asked if they could deodorize the rooms. Bravo was punctual, polite, and efficient. They did a GREAT job on my mom's house and were so pleasant and kind to her. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They were excellent. I do it about once a year. I had them do all of the carpets in my house. My living room is carpeted and all of the bedrooms are carpeted. They are a family owned business. It was the kids, the young adult kids that were doing it. They were very committed to doing a really good job. They were really careful. They had corner protectors on everything so they wouldn't scratch anything. They cleaned everything and just did an excellent job. I had been told that they would and they certainly did. I don't remember the exact cost but I remember I was pleased and I thought it was fair. I'm absolutely planning on using them again.

I have them out every 6 months to clean the carpets. They do my stairways and occasionally my other rooms as I don't have much carpet. Excellent work and I have used them for about 10 years.

Came to the mobile home within three hours of my call. Three people came--two young men and one young woman. Worked about 45 minutes. Carpet was extremely soiled with heavy stains in the living room. I did not think it could be cleaned to be presentable to show for sale. They did an excellent job, were very couresy and professional. The work was done at 7112 Pan Am Frwy, The Meadows, # 37, Albuquerque, NM 87112. The service certainly helped the house show and it sold.

Had a tenant moving in in two days and Bravo was able to accommodate my last minute call to clean it the very next day. Inspected the property afterwards and was well done. Was reasonably priced and gave about 10% angie's list discount.

I tried a few companies by phone that morning after my tenant called to say roof leaking and one room with saturated carpet. Bravo was the 1st to answer and in fact was able to have someone there within 30 mins of our call. I wasn't thrilled about the price, but given that it was a long holiday weekend felt it was reasonable. Gave me peace of mind as I live out- of- state. My tenant was pleased with outcome.

Tina, the owner was very responsive and scheduled as soon as it was convenient for us. Tina is very conscious of cleaning without heavy chemical usage. Her staff were polite, professional and efficient. Carpets were like new! I have used Bravo Carpet Care since first recommended to me 8.5 years ago.

When it dried it didn't look all that much better. The also offered a special cleaning for cat urine cleaning, but it I thought the price was too high to use.
