WARNING!!! Do not hire this company. He is not licensed to install any HVAC systems!! He is only a licensed plumber. He did an entire install for my house, and it never worked correctly. Tried to reach "Mike" on several occasions, but never returned my calls. He installed the duct work incorrectly which was causing CARBON MONOXIDE to leak into my home for over 2 years!!! My whole family could have died! I will see you in court MIKE!!

Know that the DA isn't going to be so kind to him this time around. He's about to become the Beyatch of pod-f2 at the MDC if he hasn't already. Possession of a firearm and dui, indeed. I could eat a bowl of alphabet soup and s*** out a more ethical list of qualities than he. Ya can't polish a turd, huh, Alan.....?

I had called other companies and gotten quotes for a new water heater in excess of $2000. When I called Mike at Blue Sky, his quote was less than half that for the same service. He was recommended to me by a friend I trust and I am very satisfied. He answered the phone immediately when I called and was able to come out the next day. He showed up on time and did what he said he would do. I also had him install a kitchen faucet I had purchased and he did not charge extra for this. I had him install a hot water recirculator. It worked well in the master bath, but it wasn't working in the second bathroom or the kitchen. I called him and he explained that it depends how the water is branched off from the heater whether it will work with one valve or more than one. He had to come out and install another valve in the other bathroom. This took care of the problem and he was prompt in responding, but I was a little irritated I had to have him come back and write another check. Otherwise, I would recommend him for his price and for his service.

They worked so hard! They cleaned it out and also cleaned out the dirt from the rabbit. I would highly recommend this company!

.He is very polite. He is a good guy. His price was excellent and we almost went with him. His quote was in the range of $4000 to $5000. Another company that came in to give the estimate offered to charge up the Freon for free or whatever it is that makes it cold. So we got the old system working. Of course we chose them. Their estimate was almost as low, a little bit higher than BLUE SKY MECHANICAL but what they did for us made a whole lot difference in the world. It was 100 degrees everyday and my mum is old. So we were suffering with the heat and we did not want to jump on the first company because I know that they are all not good. The folks who were doing the maintenance totally let us down on the maintenance that they were supposed to be doing and the price that they gave us to replace it was over $8000. It was just ridiculous all around. BLUE SKY MECHANICAL was very knowledgeable at what he was doing. At that moment we were thinking of going with him except that the guy from the other company came and put in the A. C charger in and got it working and he was a just a couple of dollars higher so we went with him. BLUE SKY was recommended by a friend who had only positive things to say about him. I am he is a very good company. They were responsive as they came out quickly. I would consider them in the future.

Blue Sky Mechanical was recommended by another contractor after the other contractor had to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency. We called and left a message at the telephone number, and Mike Hoang returned the call in approximately one hour. Mr. Hoang responded to our call by coming to the house immediately, after 5 PM, the the Friday immediately prior to the Memorial Day Weekend. One of our refrigerated air conditioning units was completely out of refrigerant. Mike Hoang pressurized the system with nitrogen to determine the source of the leak. Since the system has been losing cooling efficiency over a period of time, and there was no loss of pressure of the system when tested with nitrogen, it was determined that there was a very slow leak that would be nearly impossible to pinpoint. Mike refilled the system with refrigerant and instructed us to operate the system for a week, when he would return to see if there was any refrigerant loss, and measure the efficiency of the system. He instructed us that payment for his services would be due on the second trip. Mike Hoang returned the following Saturday (at no additional charge) where it was determined that there was no loss of refrigerant on the system. However, during the operating period earlier in the week, we did note that the system did not appear to be operating. He determined that the circuit breaker had been tripped. He suggested, and we instructed him to install a "Compressor Saver", which is a capacitor and relay that assists the A/C unit during cycling and startup, which our unit was not equipped with from the factory. We paid him for his services in full after the work was complete on the second trip. The system seems to be working beautifully now. We are very pleased with Blue Sky Mechanical's services. We paid $100 in labor, $130 for refrigerant, nitrogen and the "compressor saver", and $16 in tax. For reference, Mr. Hoang only charges $50 per hour for labor, where other (larger) companies charge over $75 per hour.

It was very good. They were very time efficient. They responded and came very quickly after we called so we were not without an air conditioner for long at all.
