Brad arrived on time ("just a little after lunchtime"), which is always greatly appreciated. He was quick and efficient with clearing the sewer line and diagnosed a calcium deposit blocking the siphon jet in the toilet and cleared that also. He even let me pick his brain about pros and cons of installing a tankless water heater and gave me some good info about questions to ask before making the decision to "just do it". Great, painless experience and will keep this company in mind when I do decide to replace the water heater.

He charged me $80. I received other quotes and the competition quoted me $150-$300. He completed the work in 30 minutes or less and I am well satisfied and I have referred him to friends and other family members.

Bill showed up shortly after I called and got right to work. The people who retiled my shower, tiled over the edges of the drain cover so it couldn't be removed. Bill told me no problem. He cut out a section of the cover, just the right size for a replacement that is made for this purpose. He cleared the drain, did a wonderful job and completely cleaned up after himself. Then told me exactly where I could buy a replacement strainer cover for about $15. Problem solved, What a relief to know there are knowledgable, honest, and professional people out there that I can rely on. Next time I have a problem, I know who to call.

The plumber arrived promptly, and performed the work quickly. He even went out to a local hardware store to get a necessary part. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I will use the services of Bill's Service for a larger project in the near future.

After having our septic tank pumped and our plumbing problems not being resolved, Brad came out to help us. We searched for the clean-out but were unable to find it. He then hauled his equipment to our roof and began hunting for the block in the line, which he found and was able to clear for us. He worked hard for his fee and we so appreciated the Saturday afternoon service call.

THIS WAS A MAJOR UNDERTAKING. BRAD AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB. tHEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND WORKED ON WEEKENDS.

This was a major undertaking. My driveway had to be jackhammered, then I had to have the old main water line hand-dug out. The new water line had to run through my basement and into the backyard. Brad and his crew were really great, and I felt comfortable not being there and letting them work. They were always on time, and let me know in advance what they were going to do. I will definitely hire them in the future.

He is absolutely unbeatable. He's one of the finest in the city and his cost is extremely reasonable. I've used him for 30 years between the current owner and his father before him. He's prompt, professional and have yet to find a problem he can't solve.

Don't let the name fool you. His name is Brad, not Bill, (ask him why that is) but I think he's hands down the best. I own some apartments and use himabout 5-7 times a year for things that my handyman can't handle. I got his name from someone who recommended him when I needed help in 2001, and I've been using him ever since. He's honest, fair, reasonable and will tell you what you need to hear even when it means he's going to lose business because of it. Sadly, that's a rare talent these days. I've used a lot of plumbers through the years, and this man is the only one I've ever been truly pleased with.

I have used this company three times over the past several years. They have always been prompt and courteous.

We were pleased with the work done - very fast and knowledgeable (except for one of their employees who didn't seem very competent). Prices are the best in Albuquerque - $75 to unplug drain!
