Want to know what happens with BIDIO Solutions? YOU WILL BE JACKED AROUND UNTIL THE WARRANTY IS UP and then END UP PAYING ANOTHER COMPANY THOUSANDS TO REPAIR THEIR "WORK". this company hired subcontractors to replace my entire roof with TPO covering december 2021. They never returned to inspect the work. Sprang leaks in snows of january, 2021, supposedly fixed it, and then sprang 7 huge leaks in July 2021 monsoon which caused significant interior damage. Calls and texts to the former site manager (who lives right in my own neighborhood), the office routing person, and both owners of the company yielded multiple cycles of no returned calls or messages, then a message that they would be out there ASAP, never to actually show up, and starting the cycle again of trying to reach them and demand they get the repairs done. This bunch has a clear pattern of shoddy work and avoiding their clients until they can't avoid them, and then switching to false promises of appointments that they never show up for. I filed a Better Business complaint, which they responded to as if they were angels, sent out one guy who found 6 places to patch, but missed many, many others and after that, they assured me they'd be out to fix the rest and to inspect it, as well as promised to fix all the interior damage, but guess what -- that was August 2021 and they broke one after another of their false 'appointments', never came to fix the documented terrible workmanship or inspect it. "Unscrupulous" is the nicest word for what this company is like. They'll take your money, put on a big dog-and-pony show, screw up the job, and ghost you so that you have to pay for it all over again. Let my experience with Bidio Solutions be a warning to you.
