James Wyatt Horner was terrible! I gave him a $3000 deposit towards new windows for my home and adds me Windows in my patio. I have a judgement again him for $3117 with 8.75% interest on February 19, 2010. He changed the company name from southwest sunrooms to better way builders in 2010? He has disappeared and I can't get My deposit back. He never did any work and ripped me off. Beware!!! He is a crook.

He never gave us all of our screens. hE complained to me because I was holding $500 back until my screens came. Once I paid it with the promise to provide us with our screens, he disappeared. Six years later we still don't have our screens. STAY AWAY FROM JIM HORNER, Southwest Sunrooms, Better Way Builders, Inc. He is a CROOK!
Description of Work: Installed new windows. Never gave us all of our screens. He is crooked. Supposed to have a life time warranty. Can't find him now.
