We had somebody come in and clean the carpet cause were getting ready for someone to arrive. There was a pet and we tried really hard to get it cleaned out ended up not being to so ended up replacing the carpet and the padding and everything. He helped us get a really good deal on a new carpet and there's something else that we really liked about him but he did help us, pointed us to a place where we will be able to get a really good deal on the carpet. I've haven't worked with many carpet care people but I think he gave us a pretty good deal.

They were prompt, professional and were willing to accomodate my requests. They moved furniture that wasn't too heavy and cleaned underneath, then put the items up on foam blocks. The carpet was dry by the end of the day. I'm sure it helped that they ran fans in some rooms while they worked on others. The couch had a few damp spots by the end of the day, all the other upholstered pieces were dry. The dining room chairs had some wine stains that came up very well, even though Scott said there is a process and a remover that would get it out almost completey. Unfortunately he didn't have the chemical with him. I would use their service again, but would provide a detailed list prior toe their appointment so they could be prepared to address the requests.

Arrived on schedule and completed timely.

Owner Scott Lucas provided estimate prior to service. Arrived on time, cleaned carpets as noted above. In home office, eliminated stains that had survived prior cleaning unscathed. Set up blower-drier in MBR to assist drying while cleaning less trafficked rooms. Provided householders with "booties" to wear while walking on still-damp carpet. Mr. Lucas is personable and highly professional, advising on expected drying time, etc. Charge was very reasonable; included Senior discount.

Scott is a terrific guy who performs miracles when it comes to dirty carpets - especially those that have pet stains and odors. When my elderly Mom and her two dogs moved to a retirement community, her carpet was pretty much totaled. Scott was able to clean it well enough to have a successful estate sale and subsequent sale of the property. We would recommend him without hesitation.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO A GREAT JOB FROM THE TIME THAT THEY ARRIVE TO THE TIME THAT THEY LEAVE. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO MOVE ALL THE FURNITURE TO DO A THOROUGH JOB. THEY ALSO MAKE SURE TO PUT IT BACK WHERE IT BELONGS.
