Very good. Showed on time. Came back every year to check for free. Last year did a small repair minimal charge. This year an inspection no charge.

The roof leaked in the family room a few moths after the replacement. After multiple attempts and several months, the provider had a hard time finding and fixing the leak and sent someone else in his place. This winter the leak came back. I called the provider 4 times. I begged him to schedule an appointment with the current tenant. The provider promised he would call the tenant and schedule an appointment to fix the leak about a month ago. Today I got a call from the property manager and it turns out the provider never called the tenant, and the leak still continues. Even though the roof is still under warranty, I called another roofing company to fix it. I will have to pay for the re[air when I should not, so my floor is not ruined and the tenants do not have to continue living with a leak in their family room. I left the provider a message today, notifying him that I was very dissatisfied and that I would submit formal complaints and leave reviews about his lack of responsibility in any media and venue I could. The provider has not even bothered to call me back.
