 + -1 moreCRIMINAL FRAUD!!!!!!!!! NOT LICENSED, NOT INSURED AS ADVERTISED. HE EVEN FALSIFIED HIS OWN NAME. THERE IS NO PAUL ANTHONY SR. IT IS PAUL COY, A LIAR AND A THIEF AND HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS SAME THING ALL THE WAY BACK TO HIS TEXAS RESIDENCY (5 YEARS AT LEAST) NEVER INTENDED TO DO THE WORK. ADVERTISED ON CRAIG'S LIST I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DIVISION OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO. IF OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN CHEATED WILL COME FORWARD AND COLLABORATE, WITH THIER EXPERIENCES, WE CAN PUT THIS THIEF AWAY. CONTACT THE STATE C.I.D. IN SANTA FE, OR GO TO BAND OF NEIGHBORS AND CONTACT ME. I WILL RESPOND.

Description of Work: Paul Coy the owner came and measured my mothers home and provided a quote consistent with others in town. The only reason I signed an agreement with him was because no one else could schedule me within a two week timeframe which is what I needed. I stupidly signed the agreement and paid him 50% down ($1,400) and then he had excuses about not being able to start the next two weeks. He then claimed his mother was sick and was in Dallas so put me off again. Then he claims his mother died and wouldn't be back in town until October 2. It is not October 21 and he has never called or returned my $1,400. He is pure and simple a crook and I have filed a police report of Fraud, and now filing a small claim in court. Hoping that this rating saves someone the pain I am going through in trying to recover my money which looks more dismal all the time.
