 + -1 moreDuring this 3-4 month major remodel I never once worried about my general contractor. I worried about a lot of other things but never about whether my GC was working with me to make my remodel everything I'd hoped for. Everything was done with attention to detail. Randy was very respectful of my space and my home. I lived in the home during the entire remodel. He kept me up-to-date on where we were on budget with give and take on both sides as changes were made. We came within budget. Randy understood that I was trying to keep the flavor of my old home and made helpful suggestions and supported me during the multitude of decisions that had to be made. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Bergh Construction provided general contractor and hands-on services gutting and expanding the kitchen, adding a new bathroom, adding a new porch, and putting in new walls as required. Work included all aspects of demo, framing, installation of new windows, insulation, managing new electrical, plumbing, bathroom tiling, sheet rocking, and doing finish carpentry work.
