It was fabulous, we were happy with it. They came in very professionally, very courteous about my house, they covered everything, they were early, a and they worked all day and very careful. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They did an excellent, I watched them very closely, and they did an exceptionally good work. They were very good people to have inside the house and they were highly professional, very trustworthy people. They came from Albuquerque, and I am a hundred miles away, but they came here on time when they said they would for straight 2 days. They bring very high quality material and equipment.

It was really great, I have no complaints. They did what they said. And said what they did. They were communicative in informing us through the process. We were happy with company as well as the installers. It seemed they really knew what they were doing.

I had gotten probably ten bids. The guy came out I was comfortable with him. He had more knowledge. When they came out to do the work they were on time. Clean and courteous. When they were done I paid the rest of my bill. I will probably do another bathroom with them after all of this has cleared up.

Signed contract in October with promise of work to be accomplished in January. Took doors off of kitchen cabinets in November to trigger first payment. Little work accomplished by end of initial promised date in January. Continued to remind company POC that counter subcontractor would not order material until he measured but could not get measurement made until early February. Quote the company POC, it will only take 10 to 12 days after measurement before installation. In reality, it took over a month to get the new counter material. Company POC scheduled removal of old counter tops just prior to 'scheduled' counter installation date to minimize down time on kitchen. Turns out that the new counter top material was't even in town but no one had checked prior to demolition of existing counter tops. Instead of having the kitchen out of commission for two or three days, it was three weeks. Trying to get an installation schedule was a nightmare; these guys couldn't schedule lunch for the day. Repeatedly had to lend tools to workers when they either didn't have them or didn't bring them to the job site. Repeatedly had to reject work forcing additional re-work. Work was originally schedule to be completed by January. Work actually was completed at the end of March. This was for a relatively simple kitchen update.

Was told it would take w week. Had a change order. Added another week and $4700. I’m almost 3 weeks in and have no bathroom 2 days of demo. 2 days on the change order. 1 half day on everything else. Was supposed to have a crew here this morning and was promised the wouldn’t pull off until the job was done. A guy showed up this morning. Said he needed to go to Rio Rancho to fix some ****** work. Be back in 2 hours. It’s 6 pm and no one is here. Can’t be here tomorrow as promised. Maybe Sunday. Run away from these people.
