Description of Work: Description of work:Cooperated with my architect and built my music studio. | |Justin Wiseman- the Best Contractor | | I have been extremely pleased with the straight forward operation and the willingness of Justin to build for me a music studio that matched both my dream and budget. My architect (McClain Architecture & Design Services) highly recommended him as a suitable builder for this project, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. | | Justin's knowledge and craftsmanship are absolutely first-class. He followed the architect's drawing faithfully, was available for all kinds of questions about resources and materials, and made fantastic recommendations while staying within budget. There were absolutely no hidden fees. From our first meeting, to the sub-contractors and up until the end of the process, I never once felt stressed or worried about anything concerning the building of my studio. I was so impressed with his professionalism and patience as he worked on the smallest details far above and beyond my expectations. Furthermore, his most remarkable quality was his ability to work well with other people. He is a true gentleman, sincere, and a wonderful communicator. My architect had complete trust in his work, and one glance was enough to show why his sub-contractors enjoy working with him. Thanks to his teamwork, the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. | | And of course, the end result is that I now have a very solid and beautiful music studio. I will never forget Justin's passion and dedication, and I will love my studio forever. I cannot recommend BASE Design + Construction highly enough to anyone looking for an honest, excellent contractor. | |Follow Up Service: | |March 2013 - I requested that Justin install acoustic panels in the music studio and he promptly fulfilled my request and did so very well. | |September 2013 - I received a follow up email from Justin. He asked me if there were any issues or problems with the music studio. I informed him of several minor issues. Despite his busy schedule, he came to fix them and also repaired other parts that I had not even noticed. His professionalism and honest personality made this project very special. He was very personable and friendly, the kind of guy you don't mind having work in your house every day for 3 months. His pricing was very fair and reasonable. I am extremely happy with everything he did.
