Description of Work: Our dryer had a sensor going off that prevented the dryer from working. We had purchased a service agreement when we purchased the washer and dryer. Within a week the problem detected, the part ordered and the dryer restored to working order. We are a family of 7, 3 under 3, so being without a dryer was stressful. Baillos responded promptly to our request and their technicians were professional.

Description of Work: This work was actually done through the former Santa Fe location. We purchased a wine refrigerator from Baillos that stopped working. When we took it in for repair, we were told that they would contact us later in the week with an estimate. They did not contact us. We had to call several times to obtain the estimate and it then took them almost a month to repair. They never contacted us with the status and were unhelpful when we called. We finally got our refrigerator back but their customer service was atrocious.

We did have a problem with them trying to charge us extra for the right one, but after speaking with the manager it all worked out. The installation went very well. There was one guy doing it and it took him about 2 hours. He had to hook up the gas line to the stove. He did make sure that they were flush to the walls and countertops. He also took all of the packaging with him. He was very nice, polite, clean, and very professional. He did show up on time as well. I thought the price was good for the quality of appliances we purchased.
Description of Work: We purchased a Kitchen aid refrigerator and a dishwasher from them. We also purchased a gas range made by Frigidaire. They did deliver and install all 3 items for us. They did leave the old appliances behind in the garage as we had asked them to.

+ -1 moreDavid Roseman, the salesman who greeted me when I approached the appliance section, was just great. Baillo's advertises themselves as the 'home town company' and they deliver on their motto. I felt at ease from the get-go. I knew more about what I did NOT want, than what was available, and David steered me in the right direction within minutes. I trust this company... I just can't stand the 'big box' stores, and it's wonderful to find a store that offers old-fashioned service, but is up to the minute with the latest gizmos, and prices that can't be beat. Every appliance I buy will be from this store. An extra plus - the delivery and set up team were so very careful, and courteous and have worked for Baillo's for many years.
Description of Work: I purchased a front loading washer/ dryer and pedestal stand set plus an extended warranty.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY THAT THEY KNEW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS ALSO. I HAVE THEM FIX MY THINGS ALL THE TIME, SO I THINK THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES AROUND.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THE COMPANY WHEN I NOTICED A SMALL STREAM OF WATER COMING FROM UNDER MY WASHING MACHINE. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY. WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW WAS THAT THERE WAS MOLD WHERE I COULDN'T SEE. THEY CLEANED THAT AS WELL AS FIXED IT.
