My wife and I were convinced that we needed a high efficiency furnace. Carlson was the first company (three other estimates) that said maybe not. Our present furnace was 25 years old. The high side of a furnace's life span. It's efficiency was about 50 percent. The difference in cost between a 93 percent and an 80 percent furnace was about $1200, so we felt that paying that additional amount for only 13 percent more efficiency was not worth it. The estimator sat down with us and gave us our options. Very professional and no high pressure. We accepted Carlson's estimate and set an installation date. The installers were on time. They were professional as well, and quite efficient. The whole job took about four hours. They were very neat, and put drop cloths downs over our carpet. When they were finished, they explained the operation of the furnace and the new thermostat. A few days after our installation, the estimator called to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

B. Carlson was the lowest of three estimates we got, and we had the best first impression from them as well. All our questions were answered and they have a real commitment to customer service. The actual installation work went well and took two days. They encountered some problems along the way but came up with solutions quickly which were to our satisfaction. They insist on a city inspection after the work is completed, which went smoothly. We were overall quite happy that we chose them to do this work.

We called Carlsons and told them we did not think that we should be charged since they sent the wrong person. In spite of the fact that we had spent almost $1,500 with them the previous year, they insisted that we pay the $73. I said that we asked for someone to replace pipes, not repair the heater, and he said that their dispatchers are not trained to diagnose problems so they sent a heating tech. We are angry at their lack of respect for their customers and their poor customer service. Because of their mistake, they are willing to lose a good customer and all of the referrals to our family, friends, and hopefully members of Angies List.

I got what I paid for and then some. They were professional, clean and quick and just all around a great company to deal with. While I could go on about how good they were but the proof is in the work done. It is fair to say that these people are now the only folk who will deal with my needs. Professional, quick, clean and always ON TIME. What more could you want.

Trane delayed shipping the unit to Carlson, but Carlson kept us informed and worked quite hard to minimize the amount of time between cooling via swamp cooler and new refrigerated air conditioner.

THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN HELPING ME FOR YEARS. I AM VERY PLEASED AT WHAT THEY DO FOR ME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE AND THEY WERE KIND AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH CARLSONS IS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE KIND, PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT. CARLSONS ALSO COMES TO MY HOME TWO TIMES A YEAR TO SERVICE THE AIR CONDITIONER AND THE HEATER.

THE WORKER WHO CAME OUT HAD NEVER WORKED ON SWAMP COOLERS BEFORE AND SO HE COULDNT GET THE PADS MEASURED CORRECTLY. CARLSONS HAS A EXCELLENT REPUTATION AND HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME. I THINK I JUST GOT A ISOLATED INCIDENT.

THEY ARRIVE ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY VERSATILE. THEY ALSO THOROUGHLY CLEAN WHEN THEY DO A JOB. THEY DIAGNOSIS A PROBLEM VERY WELL AND THEN THEY REPAIR THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO DO PLUMBING.

B CARLSON WAS SO GOOD THAT I DECIDED TO SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE NEW RECIRCULATING PUMP GIVES US INSTANTANEOUS HOT WATER, WHICH IS NICE WHEN IT COMES TO WASHING.

THEIR KNOWLEDGE WAS VERY GOOD. THEIR WORK WAS VERY NICE AND DECENT. THEY WERE MUCH BETTER THAN THE COMPANIES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL.

THEIR SERVICES WERE VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO AND HAD THE JOB DONE IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. WHEN THEY COME IN, THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, AND WHEN THEY LEAVE, THEY CLEAN UP ANY MESS THEY MADE.

I HAD BEEN WANTING MY AIR DUCTS CLEANED FOR A WHILE, AND AFTER ONE CALL TO THIS COMPANY, THEY WERE AT OUR DOORSTEP READY TO WORK. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH HOW FAST THEY HAD THE JOB DONE. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THEM.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE. THEIR WORK IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. THEY COME IN AND FIX A LOT OF MY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED THEM AS WELL.

BEFORE THEY STARTED THE JOB THEY TRIED TO FIND THE CHEAPEST SOLUTION FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY NEAT ABOUT THEIR WORK AND PICKED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY FINISHED. WHEN I HAD A QUESTION THEY WOULD STOP TO ANSWER IT. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO FIX IT RIGHT.
