Description of Work: I have a problem with gophers. A technician came, baited 12 holes and let me watch as he did his job, which took about 1 hour. He was informative and professional. He should have arrived between 0800-1000, ended up arriving at 10:35 a.m. but he was very apologetic.

Description of Work: They came to spray for bugs. I was seeing more than a few in the house now that its warmed up. They were friendly, punctual, and efficient. Only bugs I'm seeing are dead ones now :)

 + -1 moreTheir price changes depending on whether or not we have them use granules in the backyard to treat for bugs. I like that I can get them to come when I want them. They use treatments that won't bother the pets. They're also willing to come back for free if we have a problem within the month.

 + -1 moreI used a LivingSocial coupon to purchase an internal/external spraying since recent rain had created more waterbug & roach problems than I usually have. The quality was good, but I felt rushed by the service provider. The interactions I had with the service providers were not great, but ok (a little surly, and like I said, I felt really rushed, but the bugs are gone and they were very efficient).

Description of Work: B&Y came on short notice to take care of a bee problem at our house. They came on Saturday, same day as I called! The service was great, bees are gone, and the advice they gave me made sense. I highly recommend.
